My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

The house is wonderful! We enjoyed being in the fenced backyard with our dogs, hanging out on the dock watching the boats go by, or just sitting in the house admiring the view through the huge picture windows. It was very clean and had all that we needed for a relaxing get away weekend. Natalie was very responsive and very helpful with great local suggestions. Emily's Produce is only a few minutes away and has everything we needed, including fully cooked meals. We can't wait to come back!

Had a mini friend vacation with 6 people total and we all immediately felt right at home. The layout of the home is extremely convenient-there’s a half bath next to the washer/dryer right near the door to the deck- it was perfect for fast bathroom breaks without getting the entire house wet! We spent most of our time in the pool area and game room, and both spaces had everything we needed! (Nadia, I hope you don’t mind we left a few pool new loungers behind!) We took advantage of pretty much everything aside from swimming in the lake (bugs were really bad, no one’s fault at all but be warned- you NEED to have bug spray.) The only critique I could give was the softness of the beds, they were all really firm and if you have any sort of sleeping and or back/pain problems, it could be evident the next morning. But overall it was an amazing time and the host was extremely courteous and genuinely caring! A lot of love goes into this spot and you can tell. We can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was great! The house was perfect size and had everything we need for a great beach trip. Just a short drive (or tram ride) to the beach and some great places within walking distance. We felt right at home. Gannon was extremely responsive, friendly, and a great host.

This was our second time staying at JoJo’s cottage and it was another amazing experience! The house really makes you feel like you’re right at home. The kitchen is well stocked, so we were able to do a lot of cooking at the house. But you’re also so close to so many restaurants for when you’re feeling something easier! It really is a perfect spot, especially if you have dogs and/or kiddos. We would totally book again next summer 😊

We were the very first guests in Eric’s house and we thought Eric did a good job to prepare for his first guests. There are still a few things to improve but I’m sure those will get improved with time. Overall, this is a great house in a very quiet neighborhood. Only a few miles away from the beach. There is a full size on the ground pool that is pretty new and it was a nice surprise especially for kids. Kitchen has everything you need and maybe more. We’ve had a few issues in the beginning but Eric was real quick to respond and help resolve the issues. Additionally, he was checking in sporadically through our stay to make sure everything was going well. We thought it was a good value for a house in Lewes during very busy season. I would recommend anyone looking for a stay in Lewes to give this house a chance.

The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Laura made everything simple, including easy check-in and good local tips. It was perfect and fun for four, but would comfortably accommodate more!

Great home in a beautiful area. Spacious rooms and the whole house is equipped with everything you need. I love Airbnbs that feel homey and not ‘commercial’. The area is BEAUTIFUL and walkable with great restaurants near by (checkout limonchello and get the pizza!). Perfect for a weekend.

The house was as described. Cozy and comfy with a nice, big yard and quiet surroundings. Aaron was totally responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog, Gumbo. Definitely recommend him as a host and his place if you want a quiet place in West Ocean City.

Viktoria's place was exactly what we were looking for. A three-bedroom place not far from Ocean City and Assateague, in a peaceful environment. Was super easy to go to both places during the long Week-End. The house was as advertised, spacious enough to accommodate the family but not too big. Next time we plan another WE in this area, we will certainly Viktoria's place again.

The location is about 15 minutes to Rehoboth Beach so it is perfect. The house was clean and peaceful. The yard was great for our three dogs. My son and wife were also very happy about the space. We really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as seen on website would definitely stay again..definitely longer just to have a bbq and fire 🔥 easy to get to town..very quiet felt like home .i live in the woods in the hudson valley already showed my friends and family house 🏠 thank you so much 💓

Stayed for a weekend and it was a perfect place. Very clear and easy instructions for getting in and very clean. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Our stay Rick/Kevin’s place was fantastic. The property and setting exceeded our expectations. Everything was extremely well maintained. We loved staying in the lovely guest house which had everything we could possibly want. There were so many wonderful places to relax, from the screened porch to the pool and the amazing outdoor kitchen in the open air beach house. We loved floating in the pool while watching the big screen TV. The best of both worlds! We highly recommend Rick/Kevin’s place.

We recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb tucked away on a secluded property in Oxford, and it was exactly the reset our family needed. The house was spotless, cozy, and surrounded by nature—offering the kind of quiet you don’t realize you’ve been craving until you hear it. What truly made this stay exceptional were the hosts. We arrived by boat at a nearby marina, and due to our boat’s deep draft, they picked us up to bring us to the house. That extra effort made all the difference, especially with a group that included kids and family coming in from different ends. The home felt like a retreat—private, peaceful, and welcoming. It gave us a much-needed chance to reconnect, recharge, and create some lasting memories. We’d absolutely stay again and recommend this home to anyone looking for an escape from the hustle without sacrificing comfort or kindness.

We stayed here for a mom and kids getaway over memorial Day weekend! From first contact, Sarah was welcoming, helpful and accommodating to our needs. We had several children 5 and under and there was plenty of games and rooms for everyone to have a good time. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of utensils, bags, plates pots pans etc. the appliances were a bit dated, but honestly worked better than anything you'd get new! We were about 20 mins away from Cape Henlopen, Rebobeth and other local beaches. It was an easy drive for us and we got to enjoy to quiet neighborhood rather than the hustle and hustle of your traditional east coast beach town. All in all this was one of the best Air BnB experiences I've ever had and I could not recommend these hosts enough!! -Mandy

Betsy’s air bnb was homey and even better than what we anticipated. She was a great host and helped us with everything we needed. One of my favorite places I’ve stayed and Betsy made us feel right at home. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

What a great house and location for our beach trip! The little boys played in the sand mound before and after each beach day! The outdoor shower is amazing, not rough and ugly like some. The back porch is a perfect place to land! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to have nice family dinners and relax at home in the evening. We had a blessed beach vacation at The Little Beach Cottage!

Dock Holiday is perfect for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation in a serene setting. The space is unique, funky and inviting. It feels like a family summer home, a place to make warm memories. It has everything you need for function and comfort—AC, wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a screened in porch. The property is beautiful with a large shady yard and a lovely breeze off the bay. There are footpaths all around the neighborhood and the pool area is great for all ages. The ocean, beach, shopping, restaurants and other attractions are about 20 minutes away. That area is very crowded in summer, so it’s nice to go there when you want to and return to Dock Holiday to unwind. We’re already talking about when going back next year.

We had a wonderful stay at the house, which was both clean and amazing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our experience hassle-free. We spent enjoyable moments crabbing on the pier, and we found that everyone we encountered on the island was friendly and laid-back.

Great 2 bedroom single family home. Plenty of room and supplies. Easy access to Rehoboth and other beach towns. Host was very responsive and friendly.

What a great stay in Ocean City! Robert couldn’t have been more responsive and the space was better than advertised. So many amenities provided - it felt like we were at home! Highly recommended - we will be booking again on our next trip to the OC.
