Waterfront vacation rentals in Salisbury

This was the perfect spot for my first trip to Rockport! The location was fantastic, and it was well stocked with amenities. Even though we didn’t have great weather for our stay, the living room was perfect for getting cozy and watching a movie.

Our stay at Dave's place on Winter Island was spectacular! The photos do not do justice for the views. The yard is beautiful and well-kept, and my favorite part was sitting on the porch with my coffee each morning. Inside is cozy, but perfect for two guests. Dave has all you'll need in the kitchen and bathroom, which was a bonus! We traveled from New Mexcio, and it was a long ways, but I would absolutely stay at Dave's place again if we come back to the area. You won't find a better accommodation, and at this price, just amazing. So grateful I was able to bring my daughter for such an incredible stay in Salem.

Everything was absolutely exceptional! My parents stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. We had a great stay! The space was nice, clean, and very quiet. Parking was convenient, and the location was fantastic— since it was just a short drive the Crane Estate (where we attended a wedding). Communication with the host was great—we received quick and helpful responses. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place in a great area!

Sharon was super accommodating! She was flexible when we had multiple cars instead of one because of hair and makeup people coming for our elopement ceremony! Beautiful house, location, everything.

We had a great mini-vacation at Mary Lou's airbnb! Everything was comfortable. The beach was so close and we could also walk to breakfast and lunch. Nice not to have to drive everywhere. If we get the opportunity we will definitely stay here again. Offered early check in when available and even late check out! We couldn't take advantage of that but so nice of her to offer! Great place!

This house was great! We had a corporate offsite event with about 12-13 people for 2 days and it was very spacious. Parking fit about 5 cars which was helpful and it is very walkable to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor areas at the house were also very spacious which was great. Would highly recommend for any large groups.

Stayed for a weekend, was absolutely beautiful! The frequent beaver visits was quite the highlight & all amenities were exactly as described!

The view is even better than the photo’s show! The place is peaceful and relaxing. Being able to have a short walk to the lobster pound was a bonus and it was delicious. Very nice grocery store near by that has prepared meals and amazing meats and seafood. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Scott had great recommendations and was always fast to respond. I would stay here again for sure!

The place was on a beautiful spot on the marsh, with gorgeous views out the bedrooms. Friendly, walkable, and all sorts of fun things around. Joseph was very communicative and helpful and friendly. We were there for my son’s wedding so we were all a little off the wall, and barely there, but I’d love to go back. Thanks for being helpful and agreeable Joseph!

We had a fantastic vacation in this home that accommodated my family, including my elderly mom. She was able to enjoy the beauty of the ocean and beach whether she was inside or out. Precious times for all of us!

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Monik’s condo. She was a very responsive host. The place was just as it looked in the pictures and was very clean. We loved being able to walk across the street to go the beach and we rode our bikes all over town. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Hampton.

Simply perfect. The location is perfect. The apartment is a delightful family friendly home. We loved it. Ideal with young adults and a new baby alike. So well equipped. The beds all so comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect! Directly across the street from the beach and walkable distance to Hampton Beach main strip. The studio set up was perfect for us and our 16 month old, however, I can imagine it being a bit small for a larger family. Definitely will be visiting this area again in the future! Wendy & Mark were great hosts - everything was clean and exactly as expected. Highly recommend.

Mary Jane was exceptionally responsive and communicative, greatly enhancing our experience. The studio condo's corner location provided a delightful sense of privacy while enjoying the balcony. The ocean view was truly stunning, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you, Mary Jane!
