Jonathan and Yasmin were very friendly attentive hosts. Felt right at home once I walked into the oasis. It’s a quit beautiful neighborhood. Heat is getting to you? jump in the private pool located in the beautifully arranged backyard. All around awesome place to stay close to my family in Salinas which made commuting a breeze. Nahomy was an excellent host and the place was great! Everything was very clean and cozy. Great beds and sheets and nice bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. All the essentials! Really enjoyed the gas cooktop too! The area feels safe and is fun at night to walk to nearby places for beer or food. We would definitely recommend this place and would look forward to coming back! Loved our visit!

I fell in LOVE with this property. You are paying for the views of the SUNRISES, and they are worth every penny! The home is simple, but the beach and views of the mountains are SO BEAUTIFUL. The beach in front of the home has rock reef so you can’t swim in the ocean right there, but the tides cause little pools full of nature (anenomes, urchins, hermit crabs, little crabs, tiny fishes) and we LOVED observing all the beautiful nature in that little ecosystem. We also saw manatee’s on the other side of the rock reef! A 15-20min beach walk to the left and there are sandybeach to ocean swim. I rec water shoes (rocks/sea urchins) There are two homes on the same property that share VERY NICE POOL, basketball court + beach access. Home was VERY CLEAN. The kitchen cabinets are aging, but the granite countertops are in great condition. No screens on the windows, so we couldn’t sleep with windows open which I would have loved. AC was plenty cold.

This was my second stay in Heydi's place. Both time we have had a wonderful stay. We come to Guayama to visit family and it's important to come with our two small dogs. There's not to many pet friendly accommodations and this one is perfect. Will be using it again in the future.

I love it, place was clean, peaceful had lots of fun. Yahaira was very nice and communicative at all times. Will definitely be coming back soon.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay I would definitely recommend this property! The set up is great for co workers since the rooms are spread out on the property. Will definitely be coming back with friends and family since this first time I was visiting for work!

Great place, very spacious, easy check in and checkout and the restaurant/marina is just right out front. Also there's a cute park just out front if you have kids.

Absolutely wonderful stay at CARIBBEAN 181-MODERN FRONT BEACH HOUSE My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at CARRIBEAN 181-MODERN FRONT BEACH HOUSE for 4 nights, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we booked, Carolina was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering local recommendations. The house itself was pristine, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming. We especially appreciated the incredible pool with the view of the ocean. The location was perfect—your own private beach that you can walk on and collect seashells or see sea turtles. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip without any worries.

This was one of our favorite places we’ve ever been! It’s cliche, but in this case true, the pictures don’t do this place justice. Millie and Edwin were super welcoming and gave us the details upon arrival. Our limited Spanish was enough to get by. The hammocks, the pool, the surroundings are all serene. Hopefully we will be back soon. Thank you so much for hosting us.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Dawne's place. The houses, pool, beach access did everything we needed/wanted. We made a wonderful choice to stay at a less touristy area of the island, there is so much to explore.

We were travelling for a softball tournament. Juan's place was perfect! We felt right at home. Pool was excellent, clear instructions and communication. We want to go back! Peaceful, friendly and walkable. Thank you Juan!
