Maison contemporaine très spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur la campagne, au calme et à la fois proche des commodités (500 m des commerces). Pièce principale climatisée. Classée 3 étoiles en meublé de tourisme. Idéalement située à une vingtaine de minutes de Sarlat, Lascaux, les Eyzies, la Dordogne et la Vézère et à 5 mn des jardins d'Erignac. La maison dispose de 3 chambres dont une avec un bureau pour faire éventuellement du télétravail. La literie est très confortable.

La Maison Escande – Historic House

Very spacious and comfortable house in the old town. It was a bit difficult to locate as you need to park outside the town and walk into where the house is located. Once we figured how to get there it was ok. Parking is paid on the nearest street and there is free parking about 500 metres away. It was a long weekend when we visited so parking was difficult at times. The house has everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. It was a perfect place to relax and watch tourists coming and going. Highly recommended!

Charm and design in Black Perigord.

We had a fantastic week at Veronique's house, what welcomed us very kindly, multiple tips on what to do in the cover, even one with a great local gift. The house is a completely round farm, with great taste, perfect for a family, with its three bedrooms. The house is located less than half an hour from multiple attractions such as Beynac, Castelnaud, La Roque García, Domme, Les Eyzies, Rouffignac, Lascaux... An area with a spectacular history. We look forward to coming back!!!

This was our first stay with Air BnB and we absolutely hit gold with Mary. Everything about her lovely home in Carlux is perfect for a large family, whether it be dining on the terrace, swimming in the beautiful pool or wandering her carefully tended gardens. This home is a restorative and tranquil haven where it’s impossible not to feel really happy! The views, especially early in the morning are incredible and with access to the river just a short drive down the road, it’s easy to explore area. The local supermarket in Souillac is just a short drive and the other local markets well worth a visit too. Mary herself is a charming hostess who not only puts her guests at ease, but also provides a wealth of advice and information on where to shop, eat, visit etc. It was on her advice we visited Les Tilleuls- a really good restaurant after a day spent paddling the Dordogne! It was just a superb stay and I really would heartily recommend it to those who love the relaxed French way of life.

We have enjoyed the tranquility and yet a nice, familiar environment. Close to the beautiful towns, on private property the swimming pool, fine terrace and the fireplace for the first, some colder evenings. In addition, lovely people who are always there for you. The cottages themselves are exactly the authentic style we love and then beautifully refurbished in style, it really lacked nothing.

Beautiful Perigord longére, close to Lascaux IV

Superb week with family in a very nice very well suited to living together while maintaining privacy for the night space. All activities are on site (very large and beautiful swimming pool, ping pong, darts, petanque...) within a huge and beautiful wooded area. Salignac is very close with its amenities and very easily accessible on foot or by bike (bikes available). Very good farmers' market and very good farm inn nearby. The Château de Salignac, currently under renovation, is a must-see for lovers of history and old stones. Thanks to Céline and Samuel for their welcome and trust. We will definitely be back.
