Perfect location for travelers—close to I-15 and Highway 6/89. Quiet community not meant for loud parties. Private entrance 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom located in a family home with young kids, including an infant. You may hear noise from us sporadically but mostly if we are downstairs. Has everything needed for your trip—USB port lamps, sound machine, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, paper products, desk/table and chairs, washer, dryer, and on-street parking. Yard is messy due to spouse’s projects

Approx. 2200 sq.ft. walk out basement. Fully furnished with a king bed, futon, double bed bunks, single bed with trundle, sofa bed, giant couch, washer/dryer, ping pong table and two bathrooms. A gas fireplace and heated floors, keep it nice and comfy in the winter. The back patio and grill are enjoyable in the summer. You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

This unique property once was a dairy and now is renovated to include a two bedroom apartment in the beautiful city of Salem, the city of peace. The home is secluded and quiet, located behind the homes that surround it. The yard has a fun playground area with 2 trampolines, a covered sand box , swing set and slide. Perfect set up for my two adult sons and I with plenty of room and very clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and we had no issues at all with the check in or check out process. Loved the layout and cleanliness of the place. We will stay here again and would highly recommend this location.

This is by far the best Airbnb that I have stayed at. There were more amenities than I could have imagined, which was perfect to make the space feel like home. Directions/ instructions were super clear. Overall a perfect place to stay at a great price!!

My wife and I and 2 adult children were visiting to attend a wedding and it was great to have the extra bedroom and living room, much better than staying at a hotel.
