The location of the apartment is fantastic (first row with fantastic views from the spacious terrace and a few meters on the beach to the town center), the floor plan was perfect for the four of us and the hostess was always super accommodating, friendly and helpful.

The perfect for your beach vacations in Boa Vista. The apartment is only a few meters from the beautiful beach. Cristiana was really helpful and organized transfer and SIM-cards for us. She also gave useful recommondations for activities on the island.

I was super happy with my stay with Franca. The appartment is great located next to the sea and town. Appartment is very cute and clean like in the pictures and has all necessities provided. Francas drivers had picked me up on arrival what i found also welcoming. When I had asked Franca for new sheets and blanket she brought me straight the next day. Also my internet inquirement, because of my remote work was also by Franca solved. I am very content i had chosen Franca to stay in this beautiful island and can only recommend her 100% also her tours are amazing. Thanks again for everything!

We booked the apartment through Airbnb and were completely satisfied. We were the first tenants, which is why there were no reviews in front of us yet - but we felt in safe hands due to Marco's good communication. Check-in was done by Marcos friend on site who was very friendly and helpful. Marco inquired during our stay if we needed anything – a great host! The apartment is superbly equipped, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea. The location is ideal: walking distance to the beach, good restaurants and beach clubs. A note: The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator. However, thanks to the support of Marco's friend with the luggage, that wasn't an issue. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend the place!

A spacious ,well equipped studio apartment with a good sized balcony with a nice view to the sea and the sunset. Easy walk to estoril beach and to town centre. Dirk was easy to communicate with and Vera was lovely and helpful. Very good value

It was a very nice stay and I would always be happy to come back. Everything as described, very nice area with beautiful white sandy beach very close by.

I really liked this accommodation, bright and spacious with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. I slept very well thanks to the silence and the comfortable bed. I really appreciated the spacious shower. The location is optimal for getting around anywhere. For some people, it might be a problem to reach the third floor without an elevator with suitcases. I recommend repairing the wardrobe whose drawers are broken. Overall, it was a great experience that I recommend.

Stunning location just metres from the beach. Very well equipped villa with all modern amenities and a responsive host. The area around the villa is absolutely beautiful and so convenient for walking into down town Sal Rei. I would come again in a heart beat.

Very clean, welcoming accommodation and hotel. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful and very professional. ideally located for activities, restaurants, the port.... The calm is very nice . Thanks to Ricardo for his excellent hosting and advice during our stay. Just perfect! Highly recommend!

Communication with Monica was excellent! She replies immediately, gave a lot of suggestions and was extremely helpful! We had to extend our stay 2 days, as the airport got closed due to a sandstorm. Monica was super! She helped us promptly in getting a new apartment where we could stay even without knowing for how long. Both apartments were sparkling clean and we where happy to stay with her. Thanks a lot!!

The appartment is really comfortable, conform to the pictures, with a nice view on the sea. I spent a really pleasant holidays.

We felt very comfortable in Ayana & Cris' apartment. Eka took very good care of us and was always available when we had questions. The apartment is wonderfully located: Praya do Estoril is right on the doorstep and all restaurants, shops etc. are within walking distance. The apartment on the ground floor has a tiny disadvantage: Since you always have the windows open, you can hear everything pretty well in this apartment... not for people who wake up quickly because of noises. Still a great apartment!

Great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Large, basic apartment, well equipped kitchen, large and comfortable bed. To manage expectations - no iron or hairdryer. Basic daily cleaning (floors swept, bed made). The host and staff were super friendly and helpful right from the start. Alberto could easily work as a comedian, he made us laugh every single day and created a great atmosphere. The receptionists are always smiling, they have very warm and kind personalities. We had a lovely time and we can definitely recommend the place to any guests.

Our favorite by far of four apartments used during three weeks on two islands (Sal and Boa Vista). We felt at home right away and stayed six nights. We could have happily spent the whole three weeks there. It was spacious, with two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen with some basics like salt, pepper and coffee and a homey living room. The giant veranda had a dream view of the beach, ocean and dazzling sunsets, plus a sitting group with a couch and two chairs and a picnic table with four chairs. Perfect location on the beach while just a few minutes from shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean. We were amazed that it could stay so cool without air-conditioning, a triumph of design and construction. All this was topped off by our very helpful host Eka and her friendly, tail-wagging co-host, Nike the dog. Highly recommended and our first choice for next time.

very good accommodation with a very responsive staff

We were really happy with our stay. The island is great for getting a more natural and less touristy experience. And this apartment is very well located between the city and the nature so it's a short walk to town, to the beach and to the nearby countryside. The apartment is very nice and the surrounding restaurants are absolutely great. It's also good to be living literally on top of the local store so getting quick snacks and drinks is super convenient. Our host was very friendly and professional. There was transport from and to the airport and she also helped us with finding things to do on the island.

Hi We had a great time in this apartment. It’s a great location with easy access to the town, restaurants, shops, the beach, and beach bars. The view from the balcony and terrace are fabulous. We will definitely come back here!
