Het appartement is zeer comfortabel en aangenaam: rustig gelegen, alles wat nodig is voorhanden met lieve details van onze gastvrouw. Informatie van de regio is voorhanden en communicatie met Sonia gaat heel vlot. Hartelijk dank Sonia, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Die Wohnung von Susana war einfach perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub. Alles blitzeblank sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet In näherer Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die Strände sind in näherer Umgebung.Alles in allen ein perfekter Urlaub.

Pasamos unas vacaciones en familia en el piso de Irene, nos sentimos como en casa. Nos encantó la zona al lado de la playa y todos los servicios necesarios alrededor. Cuando volvamos a Suances repetimos sin duda en su casa.

Hemos estado 5 días en el apartamento y ha sido fantástico Muy bien ubicado, tranquilo y al lado de la playa Fácil conexión por carretera para moverse por Asturias Para repetir!

El alojamiento esta perfecto para moverse a ambos lados de la costa cantábrica. La atención de los propietarios excepcional y con plena disponibilidad a ayudar en todo lo que haga falta en todo momento. La ayuda va mas allá de la estancia, nos han orientado también con nuestro siguientes días en Santander.

Leonor was very warm, welcoming and attentive. The appartment is very clean and well organized at walking distance from the ocean. Only downside were the barking dogs next door that kept our 2 year old awake the first night, but this does of course not reflect on the apartment or the wonderul hosts. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this appartment for anyone looking to visit this area.

La location est fidèle à la description, très joli spot. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour malgré une météo mitigée. Les vues de l'appartement sur l'océan et les glisses des surfeurs ont été un spectacle quotidien ravissant. Nous avons eu droit à 2 couchers de soleil magnifiques. Nous avons profité de randonnées pédestres en bord de mer et d'autres endroits tout aussi dépaysants. Merci à Manuel pour son accueil et son professionnalisme. Nous recommandons... Bonne continuation pour la saison à venir.

Hay pocos lugares que me han gustado tanto como lo de Nacho. Me encanta la ubicación, la casa y la atención súper personal de Nacho. No vamos a dudar ni un segundo en volver, ya que lo pasamos maravilloso y queremos repetir.

Beatriz has been very responsive and profesional, always keen to find solutions quickly. The house was very easy to access and some welcome amenities were waiting for us. Location is great in the middle of the village and the house is as described and shown in the pictures. Very recomendable stay.

Una casa encantadora en un barrio precioso

Het verblijf was geweldig. Voldeed meer dan 100% aan de verwachtingen. Wat wij als zeer prettig hebben ervaren is het persoonlijk contact met Mari, onze hostess. Het contact met haar was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Bij ons vertrek kwam Mari nog even persoonlijk afscheid van ons nemen. De ruimte was schoon ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. In de slaapkamer een bed van 2,00m breed. Het openbaar vervoer is heel dichtbij en brengt je naar het centrum van Santander. Ook iets wat wij prettig vinden. Men behoeft dan parkeerplek te zoeken in het centrum. Wij vinden het dan ook een echte aanrader voor mensen de omgeving en Santander willen bezoeken.

Wat een fijn huis was dit voor ons! Het ligt prachtig in het groen en het huis zelf is mooi door de vele ramen. Hele comfortabele bedden en originele badkamer. Vanaf de locatie kun je in 12 min naar het strand van Somo rijden. Wij namen vanuit Somo ook de boot naar Santander, wat een heel leuk uitje was. We hebben genoten van het huis. Jose is een fijne gastheer die direct voor je klaar staat en je een heel welkom gevoel geeft. Hij had zelfs een kinderstoel voor ons (en toekomstige gasten) aangeschaft.

Nous étions 8 adultes à occuper le logement. Très bien le fait que chaque couple disposait d'une salle de bain. Pour arriver à la maison il y a une grande côte, difficile pour les personnes qui ne marchent pas bien, et donc nécessaire de prendre la voiture. Depuis la maison facile d'aller faire quelques courses à un super marché tout près. Nous pensons qu'il serait bon de rajouter pour la cuisine : des ustensiles pour le barbecue, une théière, un grand plat en verre, un ou deux bons couteaux, une cafetière électrique grand format. Dans la salle à manger, les chaises sont un peu trop grandes pour toutes rentrer autour de la table. La table dehors très pratique pour diner le soir.

Apartamento muy agradable, limpio y muy equipado. Perfecto para dos personas, el baño algo pequeño. Cocina muy equipada y moderna. Todo muy limpio. Laura siempre atenta, y resolutiva. Al lado de la playa, restaurantes y supermercados. A tener en cuenta que es un segundo sin ascensor, para gente con movilidad reducida no recomendable. El parking interior está bien, pero al no tener plazas designadas en momentos de mucha afluencia como verano o puentes te quedas sin sitio, y fuera es casi imposible aparcar, nosotros fuimos en puente y ya estaba a tope, así que en verano puede ser una locura. Volveria pero no en verano

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tal y como aparece en las fotos. Muy bien situado en una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes pero cero ruido. Y la zona, desde luego, preciosa.

Wir haben wunderbare 10 Tage in Asuns Wohnung verbracht. Ein sehr persönlicher herzlicher Empfang. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz frei gehalten und Asun hat uns in die Wohnung begleitet, um uns alles zu zeigen. Die ganze Kommunikation lief großartig. Auch anfängliche Probleme mit dem WiFi wurden so schnell wie möglich behoben. Die Wohnung selber ist genau wie beschrieben. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick durch all die vielen Fenster, den wir immer wieder so sehr genossen haben und eine sehr gemütliche Einrichtung. Auch die Ausstattung war großartig - Asun hat an so viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, so dass wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen herzlichen Dank- wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

María Gemma es majisima muy atenta al dejarnos una sombrilla y solucionarnos un problema con la luz porque había una tormenta nos contestó muy rápido y los perrillos muy majos

Nous avons passé 5 jours supers Que du bonheur de trouver des hôtes aussi sympa que disponibles. Quand à la maison que ce soit la propreté ou l'agencement cela aquivaut a un 5 étoiles. Nous vous y recommandons sans hésiter

Charo estuvo fantástica, el dúplex es precioso con unas vistas estupendas, estancia super agradable, piscina, jacuzzi y entorno fantástico. Un plus la plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Estancia de 10. Muchas gracias por tu amabilidad Charo.

Our stay at this place was absolutely fantastic! The house was spotless, incredibly clean, and well-organized, making us feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy living room to the fully equipped kitchen. The host was exceptional—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided great local recommendations and were quick to answer any questions we had. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions.
