Vacation rentals with a patio in Sainte-Julie

We had a wonderful stay! just in town for a couple of nights to attend an event near by. The home was clean with all the amenities you could need. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Was in town for a work trip. Ammenities were all very close. Enjoyed the stay, would definitely book again. Hugo's communication response was very quick.

There were 4 of us visiting and we loved the apartment. It's spacious, well equipped and located perfectly. We took advantage of the outdoor deck and grill and spent evenings cooking and chatting. Stanza staff is always super attentive and answered all my questions quickly and accurately

William’s place was exactly as described—super clean, modern, and felt brand new. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect: a quick Uber ride to Old Montreal, an easy walk to the Metro, and close to some great neighborhood restaurants. Access was smooth and the secure indoor garage was a huge bonus. We’d definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, and safe space to stay with excellent proximity to Maisonneuve Park (which is incredible). Somewhat limited dining options in the immediate area and no easily accessible metro station (requires a bus ride or a 30+ minute walk).

Zena’s place was a great place to stay for us two adults and two kids. The weather wasn’t great so the neighborhood didn’t look as cheery as I hoped but I’m sure it’s nicer in the summer months. It was accessible by car for the activities we wanted to do at the espace de vie (Biodôme and planetarium). Convenient to have the metro and Dairy Queen right around the corner. Street was very quiet. Building was overall quiet and no bad smells. The noises and footsteps above were quite loud but didn’t last very long or into the late night. Was able to sleep fine. I questioned whether the tub and shower walls were actually cleaned - but I question this in any hotel or air BnB we stay in. I had more peace of mind when I wiped it down myself with Lysol wipes. I appreciated the second guardian lock on the back door. Would have appreciated one on the front door for extra security. Overall it was the perfect spot for us and I would definitely stay at Zena’s again!

Hussein has a great place. Conveniently located and plenty of parking. House was very clean and has all the amenities in the kitchen. Perfect for family of 4 or couple with kids. Will recommend for longer and shorter stay as well. Hussein was very responsive and sent instructions well before on time of checkout which made it convenient for us to prepare.

This was one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Stanzia was extremely responsive and accommodating to everything we needed. The Airbnb is about 15 minutes away from the main tourist attractions, but the ride was very easy. There is also a metro station nearby if you don’t have a car. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I would most definitely stay here again in the future!

Very nice house, interior and exterior, all close to all shops. Jean Philippe was very welcoming and introduced us to an annual event in Longueuil with great simplicity. We highly recommend

From the moment we arrived, everything felt intentional and secure. The pincode entry, Eufy camera, and sturdy lock gave immediate peace of mind. Inside, the space was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped — from the BBQ spices in the kitchen to the salon-quality hair dryer in the bathroom. The gas grill worked perfectly: just turn on the gas, set the level, and press ignite — no frustrating clicking. Even in our one-night stay, the pool made a lasting impression. At roughly 8m by 4m, it had real presence. The water was crystal clear and beautifully balanced — fresh, clean, and free of chemical overload. At night, tasteful lighting transformed it into a calm, elegant space. Though we didn’t use the laundry, the two large Samsung washer-dryers were a welcome sign of how well set up the home is. Every element felt like it had been considered with care. We left feeling safe, relaxed, and genuinely impressed. Highly recommended.

Our group of 12 had an amazing time at Mikael’s place! The property was even better than expected—spacious, beautifully maintained, and ideal for our size. Mikael was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. His attention to detail and hospitality made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Easy walkable access to anywhere in the city. Clean quiet and private condo. Never heard any traffic even though in the city. Updated condo and Chris was in constant communication making sure we had everything we needed. A great first trip to Montreal for the weekend!

A 2nd time for us in this accommodation and we loved everything just like the first time. The location is perfect, close to several services. The park and pickle ball courts are a few minutes' walk away, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The space is impeccable!

Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his hospitality is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Mont Royal plateau and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. Amazing location across from the park. Walking distance to Mont Royal with many stores and restaurants, and also the Metro station. We really got a feel for the pulse of the city and were able to enjoy many of the summer festivals and activies.

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo, a solid 5-star experience. We look forward to staying again in the future and will be happy to recommend it to friends.
