Completely redone by an interior designer, it has beautiful floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The living room has been completely redone and updated photos are in progress. It is not intended to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire property. I am always available via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931

Modern apartment (2021) for 4 people. Very bright, located 10 minutes from Perrache train station and 15 minutes from the city center. If you have a car, I offer you my free parking space. If you are on foot, you have access to the T2 tram, which is 2 steps from the building (100 m), allowing easy access to the whole city.
