Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Bourlion Miller's House

A former miller's house, here is the annex of a vast mansion nestled by the river Touvre. Located 5 min by car from Angouleme train station, this charming house adjoining our loft has 2 levels. On the ground floor, kitchen open to comfortable living room. Large shower room also at this level. Upstairs, south facing bedroom and picturesque window to the garden (140x190 bed). Access to the Atelier Bourlion's shared pool. A stone's throw from the Flow bike path.

Beautiful cottage in "Deep France"

This cottage oozes simple rural French charm with modern conveniences and relaxation: a break away - privacy and tranquillity in the heart of Paradis(e). The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

A large bathroom with walk-in shower. Gite in a wing of the owners' house with a separate terrace. A swimming pool will be at your disposal in summer.

Independent 30 m² studio on 4000 m² park by the river (river access and directly from the garden), 130 m² riverside terrace, shared heated pool from June to September (access from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.). 10 minutes from the city center of Angoulême. The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by Cognac vineyards. Its 'Bauhaus Style' with cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
