Julie was very friendly. The apartment is very spacious with a very big garden. It was very quiet and I slept like a baby because the bed was great. I am definitely recommending the place to anyone who loves being close to nature. It is also very walkable from the apartment to downtown Angoulême (around 15 mins).

The managers were accommodating for our check-out 20 minutes after the indicated time but beware of the fees that are added and increase the bill after the reservation (17 euros for linen for the 7th person and 20 euros for check-in before 4 p.m., etc.)

The appartment is fantastic. Stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Its within easy reach of shops, places to eat or just sit and have a coffee, the market, walks by the river and there are bus stops close by, but its quiet at night too.
