Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Atelier de charpentier restauré en Périgord Noir, à la croisée des plus beaux sites de la Vallée de la Dordogne, de la Vallée du Lot et de la Vézère. A Carlux, petit village, vous trouverez des commerces (épicerie-boucherie et boulangerie) et des activités de loisirs à proximité immédiate (Canoës, piste cyclable, randonnées et baignade en bord de Dordogne à trois minutes). De grands centre commerciaux sont à 10 minutes. Piscine partagée avec un autre gîte. Fermée du 7.09.2025 au 01.04.26.

Nous vous proposons une maison indépendante de 2 chambres en plein cœur de la nature, à 5 minutes de Sarlat avec espace extérieur privé de 300m², jardins et forêt de 7800m² sont aussi à votre disposition. Ce logement confortable de 65m² entièrement équipé dispose d'une terrasse bois avec salon de jardin, bains de soleil, barbecue. Cet espace extérieur clôturé vous est privatif. Vous avez accès à une piscine chauffée (du 01/05 au 30/09) de 10X4M. Station de recharge VE sur place (16€/charge)

Le cardinal est situé au coeur de la cité médiévale de Sarlat au 7 cour des Fontaines. Cet appartement luxueux au rez de chaussée d'un magnifique bâtiment du 17e siècle récemment restauré comporte un salon avec cuisine ouverte, une chambre, une salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi donnant sur une cour privée avec son bassin et sa table de jardin. Le mariage de la pierre et du bois confère à ce lieu le goût du passé, sa climatisation vous apportera le confort d'aujourd'hui.
