Beautiful 55 m2 2-room apartment located in Saint-Malo in the heart of the very popular Saint-Servan Solidor district. On the first floor of a shipowner's house, the apartment has just been renovated. It is bright and designed for 2-4 people. It consists of a large living room equipped with a good quality sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed and shower room. Beach and walks are just around the corner. The port and Saint-Malo Intramuros are within walking distance via the Bas-Sablons dike. Guests’ parking is complimentary.

You just have to cross the street to take a sea bath, do your yoga, read a book in the sun or have an aperitif at sunset. My apartment is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The light comes in from everywhere. An Eden... right on the water.
