Welcome to our charming accommodation "l'Escale du voyage à Nantes" launched in 2023, an ideal place to rest whether you are on a business trip or a weekend with family or friends. 35 m2 2-room accommodation with private terrace, ideally located in the municipality of Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire (ring road 2 min, city center shops 400 m, quick access to Nantes airport or SNCF train station in 10 min, bus 100 m for access to Nantes city center in 15 min, banks of the Loire 5 min).

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Quiet studio near Train Station & Downtown

This studio is completely renovated, it is very pleasant, bright, comfortable (TV + Wifi via fiber) and quiet, facing south. It is ideally located because right next to the Super U and close to the train station and the city center, also close to public transport which will allow you to enjoy the many historical, tourist and attractive places. Kitchen, bathroom and trundle bed (160 x 200 cm) Free parking for 2 hours (Super U) and between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m.

The Little Nantes Home

Close to the train station (3 tram stops), in the heart of the Toutes Aides district, come and taste the spirit of a small Nantes village... This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Take it easy at this unique place. Completely renovated, this studio combines the comfort of the new and the charm of the old. Fully equipped and designed for 2 people, it will delight you for short or long stays. Enjoy the patio/winter garden to relax or work in. A beautiful park along the Sèvre Nantaise is right next door. Public transport, a supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance and Nantes city center is 15 minutes by bike.

Welcome to this independent, bright and spacious apartment, close to shops and restaurants, in the city center of Vertou. Ideal for solo, couples, colleagues or families, 1 queen bed, sofa bed, up to 4 guests. This charming 42 m2 accommodation consists of a separate entrance, kitchen-dining room, an office, a separate bedroom. Bathroom, separate WC. Located close to all amenities, bus 5 minutes walk, it remains pleasantly cool in summer.

In a quiet and wooded residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you to a house with garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen bed. The accommodation includes wifi, a TV, a washing machine, an oven and a microwave. Easy and free street parking. Linens and towels are provided. No smoking allowed.

Our house is from the 1950s, and it was designed from A to Z by my dad. We live on the first floor and the apartment is below. We've brought everything up to date. The apartment includes 1 large bedroom... with bed 1 sofa bed and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is calm.
