It is located in the heart of Bernay on a quiet street, a 7-minute walk from the train station connecting Paris, Caen, Rouen and Deauville and close to shops and restaurants. Bernay is a pleasant small town with Norman half-timbered houses, ideally located 1 hour from the Normandy coast by car (Deauville, Cabourg and Honfleur).

We had a wonderful stay at Brice's. His house, full of charm and authenticity, immediately enveloped us in a warm and soothing atmosphere. Every detail of the decor reflects a refined taste and a vibrant soul, making the place lively and inspiring. Communication with Brice was smooth, pleasant and responsive, which made our stay much easier. Nestled in the heart of the city, a short walk to the train station and close to the Saturday morning market, this property is a haven of sweetness. Go without a second thought!

We had a great time with friends. The house is very well arranged and tastefully decorated, special mention for the jacuzzi and the superb garden! Hosts were very friendly and flexible on schedules, plus their restaurant is excellent😋. We recommend renting without a second thought.

Apart from the fact that the place is as incredible as it looks in the photos, Kate and Paul and amazing hosts. They really wanted us to take on the full experience of the château. Definitely the biggest selling point is the location and the views you get walking around and inside the grounds. I highly recommend it as a quick getaway from the madness of Paris.

Beautiful country house with a large sunny garden and a covered outside terrace with comfortable sofas and chairs to use in case of rain. Badminton court and cricket in the garden, mountain bikes to use. Many chairs, hamocks and seating areas to retreat and read or to eat outside. The house is amazing. It is cozy and has the charme of a country house at the same time with modern bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a heating that perfectly warms the house within 5 minutes. Every detail in the house is tasteful and has been chosen with care. The many lamps in the house create a beautiful light which even made our four kids drop their phones and enjoy reading. The house has a good smell, no dampness or mould. Bakery and supermarkets 10 min by car. Cart driving, paintball, castles, spa and farm food markets within 10-30 min. Tatiana and Christophe are wonderful hosts, very generous and easy. We had a most wonderful week in their house and will definitely return. Thank you SO much.
