For rent duplex of 67 m², exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. Enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for a check-in after 4 P.M. and a checkout at 10 A.M., for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

You will appreciate my accommodation of 20 m2 for the panoramic sea view and its comfort : 1° floor with lift, electric bed 2x70x200, BZ 140x190, umbrella bed with baby mattress.
