In the heart of a private estate with swimming pool (shared by the 5 cottages), gym and SPA, this cottage will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family and friends. The cottage is air-conditioned, has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and private terrace. Wi-Fi and TV are also available. The reservation gives access to the pool. Pets are allowed under certain conditions. The HOT TUB and gym are available at an additional cost.

The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)
