You will appreciate the calm of the place and enjoy the comfort of your home. Artannes/Indre and its shops are 5 minutes away and, in less than 30 minutes you can reach Tours, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau Castle, Chinon, etc. Allow 1 hour to reach Beauval Zoo.

Small 25m² Air-conditioned Cottage with a Terrace, located in Vouvray, close to Tours. Furnished and equipped house composed of a Mezzanine Bedroom (Attention attic staircase). A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

Andhalie's garden, Garden level in house

In the Tours metropolitan area (10 min by car), we will welcome you to our house located in a lightly urbanized area, it is a bit "the city in the countryside", close to the Ateliers de la Morinerie, a contemporary art site. Our house consists of a ground floor with terrace and private garden for guests as well as an upper floor (where we live). We also have a very large wooded garden (1800 m2) which you can access upon request.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
