Don't be fooled by the entrance to the building, which is admittedly a bit dated.

I had a very positive experience here. Smooth autonomous check in. I enjoyed the view over Brest harbour and the port, to me it was atmospheric and authentic. To see Breton water first thing is great! The studio itself was cosy and clean and had everything necessary for a short or longer stay. The hosts were helpful and responsive to any messages. I would stay here again best time I am in Brest. The only thing I would say is the mattress is slightly soft compared with what I am used to but that's a question of personal taste. There is a washing machine and drier for guests to use which is useful (hard to find a time when it was available but I guess with many guests staying and doing laundry that's inevitable)
