Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle

We had a fantastic time in Isabell's flat in Anglet. It is in a quiet & nice neighbourhood, but still in a conveniant distance by foot or bike from the beaches and all the restaurants there. I can recommend it! Merci encore une fois, aussi à Christine!

We had a great time at Aude's apartment, which is in a great location for visiting the Basque Country and enjoying the beach of the Pavillon Royal, about ten minutes' walk away. The accommodation is clean, very nice, with quality amenities. In case of heat, ceiling fans and window screens are appreciated. Although close to the road, we were not bothered by the noise once the windows were closed. Thank you to Aude for her kindness, availability, discretion and advice.

Perfect location. Everything is walkable and there’s a grocery store next door. The apartment was perfectly setup for a family with young children. We were thoroughly able to enjoy the beautiful ingredients of Biarritz with the well stocked kitchen. There was even plenty of room to play!

Great accommodation ideally located in Anglet with a very nice terrace! Sandrine is very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Everything went very well, to be repeated!

Nice place on a very steep road. Very nice space. Good shower. Good parking. Very nice to have a garden. And very convenient that there was a washing machine. Ciboure is a nice place and St Jean de Luz is close by within walking distance. Beautiful beaches too. Very tasty food in a tapas bar. All in all, a nice stay.

Thank you Caroline for this stay, the apartment was easy to access (with a lockbox) and clean and true to the photos. Caroline was responsive and attentive to our messages. The apartment was well located and pleasant. The only downside is that it was very hot (fan and not the air conditioning) and that I think it is quite small and not practical for 5 people. However, the 3 of us had a great time there!

We had a great weekend together. The house is located in a very peaceful environment, full of charm. Very functional, and tastefully restored. Communication with Christine was excellent, all the information we needed for our arrival was given to us accurately. Very flexible host on schedules which allowed us to leave more quietly after our cycling race. We strongly recommend!

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

We had a great stay at Axel‘s house in Bidart. Plenty to do within walking distance, including an incredible beach with surfing as well. Nice patisserie located right down the street. The house itself is really cool and more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Loved the indoor/outdoor bar and outdoor shower. Finally, Axel was a great host!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We had a great time at Yolande's home. Quiet and close to all Ciboure Socoa or Saint Jean de Luz 10 minutes by car. Quiet, with a carefully decorated interior, a living room with incredible volume and exteriors for rest and serenity. The house largely matches the photos. Yolande is very responsive and has good tips. Clean house and very well equipped. We'll be back soon. Go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful typical Basque country house. We can only recommend and would be very happy to come back next time.

François' place is great. Access to the beach (10 meters) and proximity to bars/restaurants is very convenient. Recommended!

We had a great stay in Laurent's studio: everything is perfect, whether it's the bedding, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace. We felt good right away. Laurent is a very responsive and very welcoming host (thank you for the very welcome cold drinks when we arrived on a hot day...). The location of the accommodation is perfect: beaches, Port de Soccoa, restaurants, shops. Everything at the foot of the accommodation. For those who would worry about a lack of private parking, we found free spaces without any problem at any time of the day in the middle of August. A big thank you to Laurent for offering such a nice place to stay. We highly recommend it.

The accommodation is perfect for a couple or single person, it has a parking space near the entrance of the building. The residence is away from the city center but very quiet and has a bus stop line 7 that leads directly to the city center (train station district, Pont St Esprit).

Valerie knew how to put us at ease. She offers a very well located apartment with a beautiful view. Go there with your eyes closed
