Beautiful location and fantastic hosts—thoughtful and always ready to help. Our son especially enjoyed the swimming pool and exploring the nearby forest trails. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Thank you for welcoming us.

We spent a 3-day weekend in the house with 2 families of 4 people. The place is very quiet, the house is really well-equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and the house is very well adapted to our two families (two separate sleeping spaces and the central common room). The house matches the description, so it's a rustic house, not very bright but with lots of lighting, character with stones on the floor, on the walls and parquet. The children enjoyed the outdoors, which is also very nice. A little extra for Lucie, who was very friendly and flexible for check-in and checkout. To sum up, we had a lovely stay at this house.

A short but absolutely perfect stay! Tastefully decorated cottage, the atmosphere is sweet and soothing, and the terrace is a real haven of peace. Everything is carefully thought out for the comfort of the guests. Beatrice welcomed us with great kindness and lovely touches, including a succulent homemade jam! Beautiful cottage, clean, very pleasant in a very peaceful and relaxing setting. Caroline the host is accommodating and very welcoming. I highly recommend seeing what she offers you in terms of poultry. We got him a chicken to cook, it was divine. We'll be back soon.

Pascale is a great host. We were hosted very well with local cheeses and sweets. The house is bright and spacious with an extraordinary view of the mountains. Well equipped, with a beautiful fireplace to spend evenings by the fire in winter. There were 8 of us and we never felt cramped. Many hikes nearby. We'll be happy to go back!

Excellent stay in the Cantal in Murielle's accommodation which is located in a very peaceful, quiet environment that perfectly matched the description. Special mention for all the baby items that were very useful during this stay. Murielle was very responsive in our various exchanges and gave us good tips for things to do in the area. We recommend eyes closed.

In the heart of Cantal, close to the Dordogne gorges. You will enjoy the many nearby hikes. This old house made of old stones has been perfectly restored to the tastes of the day with care and quality materials. It is very well-equipped. We were a family of five, each was able to enjoy their private room with shower and the large shaded garden. It's a real favorite for us who come from the most beautiful department of France, 64 (a little Basque-Béarnais chauvinism doesn't hurt...). Cantal and Salers will never replace Ossau-iraty cheese but you can find some GAECs and farm producers around that will help you discover this good cheese made locally!We recommend this place for nature lovers, those who love good things and outdoor activities. Martine and Gérard's apartment is spacious, well-equipped, very clean, the bedding is very comfortable and absolute calm; breakfast facing the mountains is a great pleasure 😊 Ideal base for Puy Mary and many other hikes. Claudie and Serge are welcoming and charming hosts with whom we had great pleasure in interacting. They gave us valuable information on the sites to visit in a short time (3 days) and where to taste good Salers meat. The cottage is as described, large, functional and well-equipped. Everything is there to cook "like at home". Very clean. Bring warm clothes for the evening, the house is very cool in rainy weather. Warning, very unstable network! We recommend and will come back without hesitation if we have the opportunity

We had a great time in Xaintrie at Marion and Laurent's house, who are super nice, who restored and furnished with great taste. The house has a lot of charm (it's beautiful, we loved it). The proposed organization is perfect, with very clear instructions, which arrive at the perfect time Breakfast delivered is just awesome The accommodation is perfectly decorated, with a lot of equipment (dishwasher, coffee maker with beans… dishes in quantity and variety) just like at home, even better! The jacuzzi/sauna is the best. We really took it easy!

A peaceful oasis! The interior is a little dark, but it's also the charm of the old. We had the pleasure of having breakfast outside with beautiful views. We were amazed by a hike that starts from the cottage and passes by a waterfall and stunning views of the Dordogne gorges. Plus, Annie and Gérard are very attentive. We'll be happy to go back!

Mathilde and Nicolas are very friendly and caring hosts. The accommodation is located in an environment where the surrounding landscape is beautiful with lush nature and biodiversity with plenty to discover (gorges, volcanoes, quality local products, various activities, etc.). The rooms of the accommodation are spacious and very pretty, typical of the area with granite fireplace as well as the floor. The bedding is quality. Our 2 dogs were very well looked after. To recommend. We'll come back.
