You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Aix les bains less than 15 minutes away (access to Aix les bains Nord motorway). Midway between Annecy and Chambéry. Loft composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower, the bedding is 160/200, you have at your disposal bath sheets, bath towels and washcloths except in exceptional cases. The sofa folds out to provide an additional 160 bed, with the addition of a 90x200 mattress on the floor if necessary. Velux equipped with an insulating roller shutter.

The Gîte la maison d'à côté has been completely refurbished by the owners who live nearby. It is located in the rural commune of Le Montcel on the heights of Aix-Les-Bains at an altitude of about 650 m. Ideally located between Lake Bourget 15 km away and 10 km from the Revard resorts and 150 km from the La Féclaz cross-country ski trail. You will have the opportunity to practice various activities in the surroundings, such as hiking, mountain biking, skiing, swimming...

Beware of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping grounds, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles for small children or people with reduced mobility.

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

You are 20 minutes from the Revard station, a family alpine ski resort and the largest French cross-country ski area (140 km of slopes). You are also 20 minutes from Lake Bourget (the largest natural lake in France), and Aix les Bains, 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.
