Vacation rentals with lake access in Saint Moritz

Our group of 4 had a wonderful stay at the window to the lake. Beautiful views also to the surrounding Tremezzo and mountains along with a very comfortable stay. We travelled to other locations on Lake Como and even had a night in cooking dinner and drinking wine from the local market. Thanks to Elena E Mara for a great stay!

What a special place…. We just loved everything about staying here for a month. It is a peaceful, secure and beautiful setting. Inside: absolutely everything you need for your stay, either short or long term. A light filled and comfortable lounge, great dining space and a very well equipped kitchen that had oils, dressings, spices, etc everything you require for home cooking. Upstairs is spacious and has plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom was very comfortable and plenty of spare bedding, sheets, towels etc.. great water pressure for shower, which is over the bath. Outside: this is where the magic happens! The patio… stunning views of the lake and Monte Isola, plenty of seating and a beautiful place to have breakfast, lunch and aperitivo. Beautiful rambling gardens and a gentle walk to the jetty for a swim in the lake. We would highly recommend Daniela’s home, where you will receive a very warm and friendly welcome. We look forward to returning x

It was a wonderful vacation at Il Terrazzino. We really enjoyed our time at the lake and in the house.

It was fantastic to stay right on the lake with a private patio. We cooked dinner one night and walked to a restaurant the other night of our stay. Beautiful views. Swans visited the water below the patio. I enjoyed the layout with high ceiling and bed on the second floor. The air conditioning worked well - which was great after the journey to the lake on a hot day. We also made pasta in Lierna - with Annamaria, and went swimming in the lake. Great experience staying in Bellano.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable location of this home. Being directly on the lake, the views are nothing short of magical. Waking up in the morning and looking out over the water from the bedroom felt like something out of a dream — peaceful, serene, and impossibly beautiful. The lake was quite literally at our doorstep. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt instantly at ease. A special shoutout to our host, who went above and beyond when we realized last minute that we had forgotten to include our mother-in-law as a guest. It was entirely our oversight, and yet the host was kind, understanding, and incredibly accommodating. That kind of graciousness makes all the difference when you’re traveling. We can’t say enough good things about this place — the comfort, the views, the hospitality. If you’re lucky enough to find availability here, book it. Can’t wait to return

Such an amazing place right at the lake side, so peaceful & beautiful. Apartment was clean, tidy, very bright, we enjoyed big windows. Chirping of the birds early morning while having coffee on the terrace was music for our ears. We celebrated mini honeymoon here & did not regret. Only thing we regret is not staying longer. My husband and i stayed here on our honeymoon and it was our favourite place. The hosts were so incredibly warm and welcoming. From communicating before we arrived about the strikes and train issues to helping us book our transportation home and having the most lovely gift and hand painted welcome card for our honeymoon upon our arrival it was all heavenly. They are the kindest humans. The views from the apartment are stunning and the private location is a quick walk away from town - it’s nice not to be in tourist central! There are also private beaches for lake access and the best restaurant across the street. It was all a dream and we will definitely be back!!

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

Highly recommended. Beautiful view of the lake and mountain panorama. Great central starting point for all kinds of activities in Switzerland. Very friendly and easily accessible host who responded quickly with solutions. Very nice and clean place to stay. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Boat Apartment! Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Silvia and Gigi welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. Everything also worked out very well for our 10-month-old daughter. We will miss the views and the flair very much. Incredible apartment, well equipped, very attentive host, short walk to the bakery and bus stop, beautiful balcony where we spent every evening, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Had the best time in Emanuela's apartment! She was so accommodating when we arrived earlier in the day, allowing us to drop our bags off so we didn't have to carry them about. Once we checked in, she was so helpful with local recommendations and tips. The apartment itself is stunning, right on the waterfront and has so much charm and personality! It allows for easy access to the busier parts of the lake, yet is in a peaceful area! Would entirely recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit, and will hopefully visit again at some point in the future!

It is a beautiful home in a quiet location surrounded by beautiful nature. However, you should be very good on foot or own a car. And you should be fit in serpentine driving. 😂 All in all, a fantastic stay that we highly recommend.

Cinizia was the best Airbnb host I've ever had, hands down!!! Her place is so special, and she went out of her way to greet me when I arrived and explain everything to me thoroughly. She is the absolute sweetest, and she puts so much thought + care into her cabins. My stay there was truly special. Her garden is absolutely beautiful. 10/10, I can't say enough nice things about Cinizia! xx

the accommodation is sufficiently large with one bedroom, one living room, a small kitchen and bathroom. the location is fantastic with a view of the lake and a small beach is also in the immediate vicinity:) the place was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. we will be happy to come back

Frederico's apartment is a little piece of paradise on earth. The view is amazing. They were super nice during our conversations and gave us great recommendations on what to visit in the area.

We had a fantastic time staying in Dervio at Francesco’s place and exploring the towns surrounding lake Como. The place is perfect for so many reasons, the location is great, right on a small beach with amazing views and a walking path that takes you into town. It’s a short 7 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to downtown area with restaurants. There are tons of old walkways that allow you to explore the area. We spent a couple days taking the train and ferry to Bellano, Veranna, and Bellagio (very happy to be in Dervio). We also have two small kids and found the place was great for families with crib, beds with guard rails, and a high chair, along with a playground that just out the front door. The gates were excellent for preventing kids from going to the road or to the lake. The best part was Francesco and his family, they are very warm and welcoming! We spent time with him, his father, aunt, and cousin and very much enjoyed getting to know them!

This place is truly one of a kind. Simply the most exceptional place I have been to. Great restaurants nearby, directly accessible by boat. We just loved cruising around the lake with the small motor boat, it made everything feel more special. The place itself is unique, as only very few houses are available in Santa Margherita. Lots of birds to watch, but the icing on the cake was all the fireflies at night that sparkle in the dark, really magical. But above all, Mattia was the friendliest, most helpful host and made everything nice and comfortable for us.

We were in the cottage last week, had perfect weather. The lakeside location.... what can we say. Fantastically beautiful. Nestled in nature and close to Zurich. Great location! Phil, a host like no other. Attentive, friendly, respectful of privacy. Charming. Even provided us with a stand-up paddle. All in all, we had a wonderful time. We will be happy to come back.
