we had a lovely stay. the apartment is as described. clean, functional and very well equipped. Located halfway between the city center and the port, everything is within walking distance. i recommend it.

Third stay in the "Charming studio". Right in the center, quiet, well-equipped: perfect for my use and fully enjoy Perros-Guirec. Julien is a very responsive host.

Very nice little apartment, nice sea view, the terrace is a real plus and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. The pool is a stone's throw away, which is ideal with children. Thank you for a lovely week.

Great short stay in this beautiful apartment, very well equipped. Located in the city center, it allows you to walk the alleys of the old town on foot. We came in a professional setting, we enjoyed our 2 quiet evenings in the accommodation. The explanatory email received before our arrival was very precise (parking, codes, departure...) Our host was very responsive during our various exchanges. You can go there without so much as a blind eye ☺️

No bad surprises, the apartment is as described in the listing. We didn't miss a thing. Almost anything can be done on foot. In short, a 3-day stay at the top with the sun as a bonus. The island of Batz, accessible via the shuttle, is also a must-see. We rented electric bikes on site for the day. It's a little expensive, but the discovery is worth it, it's beautiful. I recommend the café at the port in Roscoff, the team is super friendly and the food is very good.

We were allowed to visit Valentine's wonderful accommodation for 14 days. We felt right at home The cottage is superbly equipped. We have rarely experienced that linens and towels were available, we could even have a cup of coffee immediately. The decor is very tasteful, many loving details. The wallpaper behind the TV, I love it! The beds were very comfortable, the shower and sink huge, a dream! We also liked to stay in the garden, beautiful trees, everything lovingly designed! Lanmeur was a very good starting point for us to make many beautiful excursions. The walk-in bakery had the very best croissants. Overall a wonderful vacation in the beautiful Brittany. Thank you so much to Valentine, also for the treats on the table. Merci, Merci, Merci 🥰🙏🏻

Perfect stay with wonderful hosts. If you want peace and tranquility by the sea in a comfortable home from home, this ticks all the boxes. We will be back.

Very well-equipped accommodation, perfectly matching our expectations. We only stayed for 4 days but we would have extended our stay, many things to do, discover and visit around the accommodation. In addition we were lucky to have a very nice day, and Brittany in the sun is just beautiful. Unfortunately we were not able to meet Aurore but she is very responsive during our exchanges by message, on the other hand we were able to talk with Mickael who is a very friendly person and full of good advice for places to visit. We highly recommend this cottage for your stays in this area, we were a family of 11 adults and 3 children and this accommodation was spacious enough for everyone to find their place.

In addition to Olivier's very good welcome on our arrival, we were very positively surprised by the quality of this tastefully furnished, spacious and very functional cottage in a very quiet and bucolic environment. Great for a stay for families or friends .

Fantastic 2 week stay with Laurence and Arnaud. The property is very stylish / modern inside, with all the items one might need or want (great kitchen, baby items and shower etc) plus the view was stunning. The garden is like a veritable Eden - it’s truly beautiful with lots of nice areas to relax whilst looking at the ever changing sea view. There is also direct access to a wonderful beach. Super location - 5-10 minute walk into town with two bakeries, a great market and lots of nice restaurants. A good little supermarket too so we didn’t need to get in the car once. Location also good for a number of great hikes (short and long), the wonderful nearby island (which is an 8km loop from the house - a nice run or walk) plus various of Carantec’s beaches. A few nice days trips can be had from the house (Morlaix, Roscoff etc) but why leave Carantec 😉 Laurence and Arnaud were both charming, and really fab hosts. They provided plenty of great local tips and are lovely people.

Beautiful villa, very well-equipped. A very nice pool area, a very well-maintained top garden. The house is also very well designed with good quality materials, and a modern and nice decor. We will be back. F. PICART

We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation located in a quiet and relaxing place. It overlooks a large sandy beach, making it a real haven of peace. Having breakfast with the soothing sound of waves was pure joy. The view from the floor is simply magnificent and allows you to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. The interior decoration of this home is beautiful. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, not to mention the many amenities that make you feel at home (my husband particularly liked the comics). Many hikes and tours are available. The beach restaurant is also very nice. We would also like to thank Marie Laure for accepting our little dog which helped to make our stay even more enjoyable as well as for her hospitality and small touches.

Stay in a nice apartment, well-equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations within 1 hour of the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

Great apartment with great rooftop. The apartment is super cozy and super well maintained. The roof terrace offers a great view of the sea. It's only a few minutes to the beach. Great location and everything is within walking distance. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

Excellent stay in Roscoff in this beautiful, tastefully renovated apartment. It is functional, comfortable and we had everything to feel good. Everything was super clean, the apartment smelled good and it was very nice. Check-in is very simple, well organized. Finally, Maryse was very friendly, available and the contact was smooth. We recommend it without hesitation!
