The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)

Also 2 minutes away is a restaurant (closed on Mondays) as well as a bakery and 2 grocery stores. Our home located in the countryside will bring you peace and quiet and a change of scenery.

The cottage is of traditional Charente construction: longhouse with small courtyard, surrounded by stone walls.
