The kitchen diner comes with all the kitchen equipment included and a working wood burning stove. Situated in its own grounds, with a large in ground swimming pool. Located between Bellac & Le Dorat and only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. A perfect getaway retreat! We also have a family apartment upstairs sleeping an additional 5 people.

The property is set in a small hamlet of Les Clides located 1mile from Mezieres. It is set back about 50 meters from a very quiet lane. To the rear of the property is a large seating area. You will find two grass areas with the above ground pool being accessed via a decked area. The garden is very secluded. The house has a lovely layout. very small house in the village of Thiat (10 km from Bussieres Poitevine ), on 2 floors ,a 15-minute walk from the river , kitchen / living room on the ground floor and on the floor, bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The staircase is not suitable for elderly people. there is no garden but the countryside is all around! easy parking in front of the house , bike loan possible . Quiet location.
