Independent studio located above our home in a quiet area in the countryside. Accommodation located 20 minutes from the entrance to the legendary Circuit de Le Mans. We are less than a kilometer from the Bercé equestrian center, renowned for these CCEs, and 30 minutes from the European Yvre-Épée Horse Center. MKF is less than 3 km away to participate in scheduled retreats and internships. Also ideal for business trips, we are 15 minutes from the Ecommoy and Parigné-l'Évêque interchanges.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. Zoo, amusement park and other activities in the area, we open our gate to welcome you in a cottage in our yard where you will find comfort, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and upstairs 2 bedrooms with double beds. The sofa also converts to a bed.
