Entire villa close to Long Beach in quiet neighborhood. Situated in Chancery Lane, close to kite surfing spots. Panoramic views, swimming pool, large covered patio, vaulted ceilings throughout, living room, dining room, den (doubles as bedroom #4 and couch is a convertible futon bed).
