You just have to cross the street to take a sea bath, do your yoga, read a book in the sun or have an aperitif at sunset. My apartment is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The light comes in from everywhere. An Eden... right on the water. Lots of charm intra muros

25m2 flat on ground floor in a XVIIth century building, next to Chateaubriand birthplace house. The separate kitchen and the bathroom have been entirely renovated. The flat overlooks a private courtyard. N.B. The arrival is between 3 pm and 6 pm.
