"L'inattendu" and its private garden

"The unexpected" Fully renovated ground floor apartment, 38 m2, and its private garden :) Rather ideally located because it faces a free parking lot, very close to the city center but outside the noisy area (urban deliveries), and only a 10-minute walk to the train station. It only takes a short fifteen-minute walk to reach the marina and beach.
