Refurbished to a very high standard we offer a spacious 2 floored town house over 915ft² (92m²). It is set just seconds from our Boutique Maison Deco, however it benefits from a calm location within the old historical chapter near the church and all amenities of the lovely Town. We are located in Southern Central France just North of the beautiful city of Limoges. 'The Studio'

The Studio, a calm space, in a very tranquil location, to spend a few days, or break up a long journey. It is hidden away in our peaceful smallholding in Central France, and yet just 20 minutes from the A20. Close to villages and small towns where you can find Boulangerie's, shops and restaurants. The Studio sleeps 2, but a travel cot (and bedding) for babies can be provided (please message to check for availability, as we have one travel cot between two listings)

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
