The bear's barn, an old barn renovated into a charming little 60 m² accommodation (surrounded by barns), arranged as a duplex, furnished and equipped with all the necessities for the proper functioning of your stay. Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the RN145 and La Souterraine 10 minutes away with all its amenities. 2min away, the Etang de la Grande Cazine for fishing and walks. A country house next to ours in a calm and peacefull situation surrended by nature. An independante entry with a private garden fully enclosed and a place to park your car. Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.
