Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Saint Lawrence River

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

the perfect cabin nestled in the woods in a quaint town! We spent the week in Emily’s peaceful cabin and it was the perfect Maine getaway. The pond is a highlight! I loved getting to stay in this lovely cabin.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jay's place. The sunsets are beautiful and it is a very calming place, inside and out. We definitely recommend staying here.

Même une fin de semaine de pluie comme la nôtre fut super agréable dans cet emplacement très propre et chaleureux. Chalet idéal pour décrocher et se préparer de bonnes petites bouffes dans cet environnement verdoyant.

Everything is just as pictured - and so much more once you check in! The end of the season did not disappoint - the waters were calm in the morning for a canoe paddle; the loons visited and were a joy to listen to; the weather was perfect for a campfire and the views were spectacular. The house is stocked with high-end amenities, everything you'd want to find and a few that you didn't even know you needed! Looking forward to returning next summer!

C’est un vrai petit paradis! L’endroit est très beau et très bien entretenu, je dirais même impeccable! On a eu un accueil chaleureux de l’hôte Richard, souriant et disponible! Je recommanderais cet endroit à tous ceux et celles qui désirent un séjour dans la nature et très tranquille… la ville n’est pas très loin avec tout ceux que l’on a besoin!

Amazing place to stay. Place is as pictures. Cute airbnb, very relaxing. Would come back and recommend if you are looking for a place to stay near Tremblant. Anne was a great host.

Superbe comme logement juste assez grand, je croyais que le logement était plus séparé physiquement que cela de la maison principale, un peu moins intime malgré la très grande discrétion de l’hôte

Très bel endroit pour se poser, décor intérieur chaleureux et « zen ». La vue sur le le fleuve aurait sûrement été magnifique sans le smog des feux de forêt de l’Ouest Canadien (!)… mais la beauté intérieure a fait le travail (beaucoup de verdures, oeuvres d’art). Mathieu a été proactif en lien avec une problématique avec la machine à café mais ce problème n’a pas terni notre séjour. Si vous voulez un silence complet, ce n’est pas la place puisque l’endroit est près d’une route relativement passante et que nous pouvons entendre les voisins d’en haut marcher (mais ils sont tranquilles par ailleurs). Ceci mis à part, notre séjour fut à la hauteur de nos attentes et nous y reviendrions sans hésiter.

Nous étions 5, 3 marraines et 2 filleules pour passer ce séjour mémorable. Puisque Dame Nature était plutôt grise, nous avons profité de l'intérieur et nous y étions très confortables. Confort en tout point et vue incroyable sur le fleuve St-Laurent. Nous nous aurions cru en bateau tellement nous étions près de la rive. Un endroit magnifique!

Quel bel endroit et quel accueil de Renée! Logement situé directement sur le bord du fleuve avec un aménagement extérieur pour bien en profiter (feu de camp, balançoire). Et bien sûre une vue magnifique sur les montagnes de Charlevoix. Logement très propre, accueillant et confortable. Tout y était! Le lit et le canapé-lit étaient très confortables. Nous avons adoré! Nous y retournerons assurément! Merci Renée pour votre accueil !

Superbe endroit. Vue imprenable sur le fleuve, exactement comme sur les photos. Aucune odeur de souffre dans l'eau contrairement à ce que disaient certains commentaires précédents. Tout a été parfait. Je recommande vivement.

Beautiful spot and view from the hot tub and dock. Cute little living space and we loved the welcome/ informational guide provided as well as the home made cookies ready for us on arrival. Would stay again!

This was next level!!! Everything was immaculate and so well designed for a small space. We felt like we were sleeping in the woods without the mosquitos. There was only one problem. We only booked one night. That’s on me. It was a perfect experience

What an ah-mazing little spot. Felt tranquil, comfortable and at home. Wildlife, bonfire, sauna… and the delightful gift of quiet. Well styled and comfortably appointed with a host that got it “just right”. Will definitely be back!!

I would love to highlight the special attention to detail that Emilie has. The site and info about the House and surrounding areas is very beautiful and helpful for people who do not know the area. The house is a little Gem and the Sauna is the icing on the cake :)

Très beau weekend dans ce petit chalet rustique, tout était bien présent tel que décrit. C’est super tranquille, facile de se faire à manger. La petite douche extérieure est pratique quoi que froide à ce temps ci mais fallait s’y en attendre. Je suggère un rideau ou une toile pour la grande fenêtre devant les lits, tout simplement parce que présentement il fait clair très tôt ! Aussi, ne pas oublier votre chasse moustique et des spirales selon la saison, nous avons eu peu de moustiques en rando et en dehors mais ils semblaient vouloir entrer dans la cabane à tout prix, et en gros groupe. On a usé de tactiques. Peut-être que la porte pourrait etre mieux sellée! Nous recommandons fortement l’endroit pour le calme, la propreté, le sans réseau qui fait du bien !

Merci pour votre disponibilité, il est facile d'y vivre pour des touristes comme nous qui viennent de France. Nous avons été complètement dépaysé par la nature et le logement ce qui fait excrément de bien.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Georgetown. Communication with Sarah was excellent as she was friendly, responsive, and made check in and check out super easy. The place was easy to find yet felt completely private and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. The cabin itself was spotless and cozy with everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care went into the space as it was well stocked, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat. One of our favorite parts was the seating area by the lake where we spent hours just relaxing and taking in the view. The nearby nature trails were stunning and easy to access, and Sarah’s local recommendations made the experience even better. We genuinely wish we had stayed longer and are already looking forward to coming back. It was the perfect escape and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy Maine’s natural beauty.

We had such an amazing time ! So private and peaceful , so calm.. the views are amazing! We were also lucky to see some deers in the morning , overall an incredible time , we can’t wait to come back !

it was our first vacation and it was real treat! great location and the view is gorgeous! We look forward to coming back! And also joel was super helpful and gave plenty of great places to eat and the state parks he recommended were gorgeous. if you go to helens try the blue berry pie!
