wonderful stay. centrally located for the invasion beaches. pictures don't do this place justice. absolutely great spot. communication was great. fast and informative. we would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Chantal et Jean Charle. Leur accueil chaleureux nous a fait nous sentir immédiatement bien.Le logement, spacieux et d’une propreté irréprochable, est parfait pour se ressourcer dans un cadre calme. Sa localisation est idéale pour explorer la région, avec des restaurants à proximité, notamment à Arromanches-sur-Mer et à Bayeux, à seulement 5 km. Chaque matin, Chantal et Jean Charle nous ont préparé un délicieux petit déjeuner, mettant en avant des produits frais, accompagnés d’un excellent gâteau fait maison. Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur générosité et pour avoir rendu notre séjour si mémorable!

Ideal spot for anyone visiting Normandy for the D Day beaches and Museums. Super friendly town people very welcoming and the entertainment laid on for the D Day weekend was top notch. Lion Sur Mer is a super place as is Elsa’s “Villa Gidel”

Gîte très calme, idéal pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis. Idéalement situé, le gîte est proche de la plage d’Omaha Beach. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très disponibles. Je recommande !

We had a great stay at this property. It is central to all of the beaches for the Normandy landings. The property was nice and clean felt spacious private area nice and quiet.Port Bessin is only a 10 minute drive with lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to walk around.

We had a short but truly lovely stay! A perfect place for our family--we could all spread out a bit after a week sharing hotel rooms. Loved the location--the views were charming. Proximity to Bayeux was excellent--less than a five minute drive to the town center parking lots. Very clean, clear instructions, and thoughtfully stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook!). We'd definitely return. Thank you for a great stop on our road trip.

Petite maison de plain pied très fonctionnelle, très bien située. Maison calme très proche du centre et de la plage. Jardin très agréable. très bonne literie dans la chambre. Alexandrine est très réactive, très agréable et très serviable. Endroit à recommmander

Accueil très chaleureux et amical, disponible. Maison spacieuse avec toutes les commodités, accès à la plage, très bien située pour les plages du débarquement et musées. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Magnifique séjour en famille. Tout s’est déroulé de manière très fluide avec l’hôte, de bonnes explications des différentes prestations disponibles, les enfants ont adorés et les adultes aussi ! Toutes les prestations sont de qualité ! Encore merci pour l’accueil et la disponibilité 🙏

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un très bel environnement très calme un petit havre de paix avec un très grand jardin, balançoire trampoline et des chevaux qui ont fait le bonheur de mes filles😊. C’est une magnifique chaumière beaucoup de charme très bien décoré avec tout ce qu’il faut comme matériel que ce soit pour cuisiner, linge de toilette jeux pour enfants etc… la literie est au top Honfleur n’est que à dix minutes en voiture bref superbe séjour nous recommandons à 100% nous espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour 😊un grand merci à Beatrice pour sa gentillesse et son accueil ainsi que pour la petite attention de bienvenue

We really enjoyed staying at Veronique's place. It was a cozy and a quaint, yet beautiful space with a nice scent/fragrance, and all of the items/amenities that we needed for our two-night stay near Omaha Beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with almost anything that you could need, from honey to jams and preserves. Veronique brings fresh croissants and bread to the room each day; the fridge was pre-stocked with orange juice, several varieties of milk, and yoghurt, as well as butters and ham and cheese, and eggs. We managed to not only eat a great breakfast each day but also to have lunch from the supplied bread and ham and butter. This went above and beyond our expectations - and it was a huge plus, because it is a rural area and a drive would be required to get to a bakery or to town. We also really enjoyed the bathrobes, the very comfortable bed, and the lovely linens on the bed. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The water pressure excellent and lots of hot water.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen, drei Kindern und zwei Hunden eine Woche bei Sophie. Es war wundervoll! Das Haus ist stilvoll renoviert und wir haben uns alle sofort wir zu Hause gefühlt. Es war mehr als genug Platz für alle und vor allem auch abends zum gemeinsamen Zusammensitzen auf den gemütlichen Sofas. Der eingezäunte Garten war super für die Hunde und für unsere Kinder bot er genug Platz, um jeden Nachmittag ausführlich Verstecken zu spielen. Dazu noch der Pool, der Whirlpool und die Sauna. Einfach perfekt, danke Sophie!

Super séjour dans ce logement spacieux et dans le calme de Vesly ! L’espace détente et la piscine ont ravis les petits comme les grands ! Merci beaucoup ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Un excellent séjour dans un cadre d’exception. Situé à proximité du Golf de Houlgate, ce havre de paix offre de nombreuses activités sur place (fléchettes, babyfoot, tennis de table, volley, piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, flipper, billard, karaoke). Le lieu parfait pour un EVG ou un séjour multi activités entre amis. Les chambres sont joliment décorées, le logement est très bien équipé et proche d’Houlgate pour des balades sur la plage!

Simpelweg één woord: perfect. Als je op zoek bent naar een mooie omgeving, met een prachtig en rustig verblijf, dan móet je hierheen gaan. De hosts zijn supervriendelijk en hebben ervoor gezorgd dat je je helemaal thuisvoelt. De voorzieningen zijn supernetjes en heel modern, je komt niks tekort. We hebben van iedere minuut genoten om tijd op deze prachtige plek door te brengen. Een pareltje! We raden deze plek absoluut aan.

Das Haus direkt am Meer was überwältigigend schön. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche Sehr gut ausgestattet von A wie Austernbrecher bis Z wie Zitronenpresse ,alles da um ausgiebig zu Kochen. Internet super schnell ! Es wurde an genügend Steckdosen und Leisten gedacht um elektronische Geräte bequem zu laden. Der Pelletofen ist leicht zu bedienen und bringt eine behagliche Atmosphäre, wenn es draußen stürmt und kalt ist. Die Umgebung ganz wunderbar zum Wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Kleiner Supermarkt in Quinéville. Weitere gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Quettehou ( auch prima Bioladen !) Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub!

Nous avons fait un très bon séjour chez Yuliia. Le logement est bien situé, proche du secteur d'Omaha Beach, ce qui a facilité nos déplacements en vélo afin de vivre pleinement les festivités du D-Day. Un grand plus est un logement très propre dans un environnement paisible.

Fidèle a la description du logement nous avons passé 2jours a nous ressourcer avec la nature et nos amis les animaux ( cygnes; ragondins ) que l'ont a pu observer au calme avec les jumelles mise a disposition . nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine. merci a vous

Wir waren drei Wochen in der Normandie unterwegs und das war unsere Lieblingsunterkunft. Obwohl das Haus ganz im Zentrum steht, war es Nachts extrem ruhig und man hört bei Flut das Meeresrauschen. Ein sehr persönliches Haus, das wenn es dir auf den Bildern gefällt sofort ein zuhause ist. Wir fuhren drei Mal mit den alten und sehr einfachen Fahrrädern an das Meer und waren vom den Radwegen und den Küsten begeistert. Schön kann man hier alles einkaufen und am Dienstag hat es zudem einen sehr schönen Gemüsemarkt. Fisch und Brot gibt es hier auch täglich frisch. Herzlichen Dank Anne, dass ihr euere Haus so mit vielen teilt.

Cadre idyllique 🤩un séjour plus que reposant. C’est vert, c’est calme, c’est le lieu rêvé pour déconnecter… Un régal de sillonner ces petites routes de campagne en vélo. Logement conforme à la description, parfaitement équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable. À conseiller 👍
