Logement avec accès indépendant, climatisé, mitoyen de notre habitation . Un espace détente extérieur(terrasse en bois,table chaises et transats) est aménagé pour vous détendre. Situation calme et paisible, mais tout proche des commodités (3 mn), pizzeria, boucherie, boulangerie, coiffeur, pharmacie tabac-presse, médecin . Bergerac est à 7mn. Les châteaux de Monbazillac et de Bridoire sont tout proches. Saint Émilion environ 1h et Sarlat 1h30. la Dordogne est riche de jolies choses à découvrir
