Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint Johns River

Nice and quiet, clean, great view of the beach, perfect for 2 people, plenty of parking, excellent restaurants nearby, especially Porto Fino, Aunt Catfish, and Dine and Cruise.

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We booked Erin’s place to be close to the cruise port. Erin was so sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend Erin’s place.

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

This is our second stay here and we just love this place! The location is peaceful and right on the water. The new dock is very nice and the fish seem to bite good at this location. The house is very clean, well laid out and super cozy. The beds sleep comfortably and the linens are nice and soft. We love the open layout for the kitchen and living room, the spacious walk in showers and the decor is well put together. Everything you need as far as cooking goes and we love that it’s less than five minutes from the beach access. We will be back and I can’t wait to visit this location for our soon to be third time staying here. I’d make it a permanent residence for my husband and I, if I could. We love it and thank you for having us!

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

I had an amazing stay! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The scenery was amazing. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway!

The room was amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Jon gave perfect instructions and we did not have any issues. The only negative is that we wish we would have known then resort was under construction before booking. The resort is outdated and is in the process of being remodeled. The hallways were under construction and had a wet/sour smell the whole time. Also only one of the elevators was operational during our stay and the other one also had issues. Even though the resort was under construction our room was super clean and smelt clean. Overall we loved our condo and really enjoyed our stay.

A few things stood out: The hosts thought of everything you can possibly need, extra charging cords, fans, lots of plugs, extra blankets, a little goody bag of snacks, wine and a bag of toiletries. Also, provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It’s a studio and had lots of storage, was clean and you can tell the hosts took pride in their listing, we will definitely go back! Thank you for having us and it was a perfect couple of days.
