Beachfront vacation rentals in Saint Joe Beach

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

Wonderful place right on the beach. You can walk to great restaurants and shops. Super helpful host and quick to respond to any question. We will definitely visit again!!

My family are returned guest. This home feels like our home away from home! We love the area because it is quiet, not overly crowded, and not commercialized! Beautiful beach that allows you to have your pets vacation with you! You're allowed to have golf carts on the beach which is a great feature. Saved us numerous trips back and forth to set up for our beach day.

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

Carrie’s place was exactly as described. Great location, took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. Both bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and had plenty of furnishings. Would recommend!! Thanks for the great experience!! - The Haney’s.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

Carla's place was easily the most beautiful, and fully loaded Airb&B we have ever stayed in. Carla really goes above and beyond with detail and thinking about the little things. A good example of this is she provided dish soap, a couple laundry pods, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, and paper towel. Airb&b's we have stayed at in the past we have always had to come fully packed with essentials as such listed above, it was a wonderful surprise to see that she had those little things covered. The condo itself resembles the photos exactly, and the view is beautiful. Thanks, Carla, for being such a great host!

Love the place! The view was the best, exactly like the pictures. If you need a sign to book your trip, this is it do it! Comfortable bed, super clean, and talking to Kendra was super easy she responded all of our questions and was so helpful on everything! Definitely coming back again.

Great host, the apartment was perfect for us - comfortable, fabulous views from all rooms, and everything we needed with amenities. The condo building itself is clean and well maintained, as is the beach. Super impressed all around!!

We loved our stay at Taylan’s place. The beach was very private. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The calm waters were perfect for our kids. We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins and manatees. The house was very spacious even for our party of 4 families. The pool was a great addition. Taylan was very responsive when we reached out. We had a great week and would stay there again!

Eric’s place is decorated beautifully. The view of the beach is top notch and our kids loved all three pools! Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to use stairs and not wait for elevators. Eric’s unit was very clean and beds were comfortable. I will say OUTSIDE of his unit, through out the condo, smelt like cigarette smoke, which we did not like. All in all, it was a nice stay and conveniently located to lots of good restaurants and shopping!

We enjoyed our family vacay and Charles was very responsive any time I contacted him prior to or during our stay with questions. The house is as described, very nice and clean. Our favorite part was being able to drive the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the pool although it is a very close walk to the pool. I’m not sure who enjoyed the golf cart more, the grandkids or the Dads. :) The beach was not crowded at all which was great. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this house. You will love it! It feels like home away from home. Thank you for great family memories that were made during our stay!

If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay! Loved the area, lots of yummy food, peaceful/not crowded beach, plenty of space for all the family. The host was kind and quick to respond plus his guide was helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house and hope to visit again in the future. Lovely vacation for myself, my sister and her child, my elderly mother, and my pup!! Also, the outdoor shower was fantastic in helping keep sand out of the house.

This was our first big family vacation. It was everything we could have asked for and more. We always had something to do. The beach was fantastic. We walked to all of the restaurants and ice cream shops around. Only left the area a couple of times, otherwise everything we wanted was right there. Highly recommend staying here. The condo was beautiful, spacious, very clean. The view was great and I really appreciated there was a closet with beach toys, towels, chairs etc...

The house location was perfect, plenty of room and comfortable beds. Needs a little TLC such as screens but view is beautiful and loved the outside shower and bathroom option off of the parking area.

Amazing! This isn’t just another Airbnb, it’s an EXPERIENCE! Marianne & Rory are wonderful hosts. Personal touches, names on the gate to the dock after you pass under an arch that fresh flowers are adorned with. Personalized shells so you can watch a hermit crab move into the shell and make it their next home. Fresh flowers are placed throughout the ship. A wonderful spread of dried meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, little gourmet deserts and a bottle of Prosecco are great touches by Mari and Rory. We saw a Ray swimming around one night and our last night, some light rain with thunder and lightening in the distance was amazing to watch from the upper deck while finishing our last bottle of wine. On day 3, I had a bike accident and injured my right elbow. After getting out of the Emergency Room, Mari offered to help find us different accommodations and refund our remaining stay if my injury made it a difficult stay, but I wasn’t leaving! Incredible hosts! Highly Recommend!

This is a beautiful studio it is very spacious and a great use of space. Very kid friendly! The golf cart was a wonderful bonus to cruise around the beautiful complex and get to the beach access. Parking is conveniently located next to the complex. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The hostess was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any messages that I sent. We immensely enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach townhouse! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe that instantly put us in vacation mode. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and ended each evening with a sunset walk along the shore. The townhouse was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to beach wagon and towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or a fun-filled beach adventure, this spot truly has it all.
