My place is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to the Parc des Ecrins, the ski resorts and the St Julien body of water. Gap is a 15-minute drive and Lac de Serre-Ponçon 30 minutes. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains children's games (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

Shops at 400 m, city center 5 minutes away. Please note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
