Fully equipped kitchen, large bright bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a beautiful sofa for lounging around and a desk.

Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

At the gates of Sarlat (10mn) in the direction of Montignac , the estate is covered with meadow and woods allowing walking, mountain biking, foraging of mushrooms (which grow in abundance during the season) peace and quiet at the rendezvous.
