Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Dinan's restaurants, shops and historic buildings are just a few steps away. This second floor apartment has one (double) bedroom and a fold-down bed/setee. The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, a shower room and toilet. Senseo coffee maker. Access to a large wooded garden. Direct parking. Nearby: Dinan, Dinard, Brocéliande. Cleaning is not included. If applicable, we charge €40.

The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave /rotating heat oven, coffee maker (senseo pod or filter coffee), kettle and toaster. 140 cm TV connected to Molotov. Shower room and toilet It's a stone house, so it's naturally cool in the summer. Halfway between Rennes and St Brieuc, 2 minutes from the 4-lane highway, 5 minutes from the village with several shops and 20 minutes from Dinan

Quiet green cottage

Quiet and green cottage with its 20 m2 garden, including a private petanque court. 15 min from the megaliths of Lampouys, 23 min from Dinan, 30 min from the forest of Brocéliande, 40 min from the sandy beaches, a central location to visit all the diversity of Brittany. 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 adults + 1 extra mattress) This is an outbuilding on the owner's property. Quiet is guaranteed and sometimes deer are in the garden at dawn or dusk.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
