Welcome to Paruru, our new studio accommodation. A dream location, only five minutes walk to St Clair Beach & its vibrant cafe scene. Just a short walk to bus stops if attending a concert at the stadium. This new build has everything you need for a couple's getaway. Relax & enjoy the view over the rooftops & out to the ocean. Easy walk to St Clair beach, surfing, cafes & restaurants, Hot salt water pool (1st Oct - 31st March). Self contained guest suite adjoining our home with your own entrance, spacious lounge with desk and TV (Netflix etc), bedroom (Queen bed), ensuite bathroom, kitchen (fridge with small freezer, stove top and kitchen equipment. Cooking oils etc, as well as tea & coffee are supplied). We are on a relatively steep section with a windy path up to the house, which is uneven in places.
