Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

Leon's House

We offer for rent, in the village of Saint-Georges-de-Gréhaigne, this charming farmhouse renovated in 2024. Measuring 90 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes a 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, as well as an outdoor area of about 100 m². Wi-Fi, linens and towels provided: drop your bags! No need to hurry, here you will be on vacation and enjoy at leisure the region, its medieval cities, its narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and authentic places. Spend a night in an old house, wake up in the morning and feel a little at home to prepare a breakfast. Spread the map on the table and prepare the journey of a day and choose between Fougères, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo, Vitré or Rennes.

For the youngest , they will be able to enjoy close to the leisure base of the Villecartier forest (tree climbing, mini boat ride...).

On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. The gite is at the end of a cul de sac surrounded by our historic tannery and our house and garden. Enjoy an evening by the fire in winter and a sunny patio in summer!
