Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Country house

House in the countryside but close to the city center (1 km) with shops and all services (cultural center, aquatic center 10 km away) This accommodation has a living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area with pellet stove heating and a laundry room. On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds and a shared bathroom

Very nice 13th century tower.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back the 13th century. After some work to bring it back to the new taste, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.

Enjoy a refurbished home decorated in the theme of the Disco Years. This well-equipped accommodation, located in the heart of Bessé sur Braye, offers you the possibility to participate in the festivities without having to take the car. It's just a 2-minute walk to the party hall. You have parking space and parking in the city is free. The apartment is over 42 m², it is very bright and quiet. It is located on the ground floor.
