An excellent stay at the top of Saint Brieuc! The apartment is very well arranged and bathed in superb light with its many bay windows. The balcony is amazing with panoramic views of Saint Brieuc and you can even see the bay! The apartment is extremely well-equipped and the bedding is very comfortable. The host is very responsive and in a proactive and respectful exchange. We'll definitely be back!!

An absolutely perfect stay! Communication with our host was exceptional from start to finish: very responsive, incredibly accommodating and full of thoughtful touches. We really appreciated the flexibility for our arrival and the clarity of the instructions (the lockbox is a real plus!). A huge thank you for the trust placed in our dog and especially for the wonderful idea of arranging the small terrace for him; it was a really touching touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Being able to park in the courtyard throughout the stay was also very convenient. The accommodation was very nice, as described, clean and functional, perfect for our getaway. We would recommend this place without a second thought and would not hesitate to come back if we had the chance. Again thank you for this beautiful hospitality!

Very nice location for this functional apartment overlooking the sea. Shops and restaurants are close and can be reached on foot. Beautiful beach at the bottom of the accommodation. We spent 5 very relaxing days there even if the sun wasn't always out.

The house was great for our family. We didn't miss anything except time to discover more of this beautiful region.

Upon arrival we found a small flowery driveway and the kitten Tessy took us to the front door. The apartment is modern, spacious, cared for in every detail and complete with every appliance, including the dryer, and kitchen accessory. Bedding and towels of excellent quality Pierre, always available and responsive in his responses, made us find two excellent bottles of local wine, red and white. Highly recommended and suitable for families and groups of friends who love music since Pierre offers his musical instruments. Very quiet and relaxing with views of the surrounding countryside. Tessy is delicious! The smell of farm to which some comments refer, is sometimes felt in the outdoor parking lot but does not arrive in the house and in the garden around. Highly recommended for visiting Dinan, Sant Malo and surroundings. Thank you Pierre

Claire and Nicolas were excellent hosts for our little family and our stay on the pink granite coast. The house offers all amenities for a family stay, we could even play relaxed cricket in the garden. Claire and Nicolas were always available and were able to help us with all matters. The location is perfect for numerous excursions and tours to the beautiful beaches in the area. We would love to come again and recommend the place without restrictions.

Very nice welcome and nice house, the garden is beautiful and access to the beach is quick: Martin beach, which we loved. Marie is very quick and warm in her responses. The house is nice, filled with quilted objects.

Very pleasant stay in Loguivy in this small house ideally located and perfectly arranged for a couple with child(s)! The view from the bedroom and living room is sublime, and the place peaceful! The accommodation is well equipped for a holiday, and rather clean overall, and Gwenn is super accommodating, we will be back!

Delicious apartment with balcony overlooking the sea, 2 steps walk to the beach and shops, (and the rum distillery☺️), the accommodation is very well equipped, it's hassle-free… Don't hesitate! In addition, closed bike room +++

Ghislaine's place is very spacious, more than enough for 4 people and everything was very clean. It has everything you need for a week-long stay at the sea (coffee machine, oven, TV, washing machine, etc.). Wifi is missing but you can largely do without it in view of the proximity of the accommodation to the beach (100m) as well as the restaurants and bars in the city center. A very good discovery for a stay by the sea and a very good value for the money.

Very nice little apartment for a stay, in a secure residence, easy to find, easy to access, the instructions were clear, close to RN12 so quick access to just about anything you want. Nearby shops, restaurants too (Brasserie l o, not less I recommend it, excellent food). A spotless stay for a non-excessive price and responsive host
