Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Arguably the best kept secret on the island. Truly amazing view over Gustavia harbour, the yachts, the parties, and city lights— and without the buzzy traffic noise on the other side. We could leave the car and walk to Bonito, L’Isola, Petite Plage, Bagatelle, in under a 2 mins (5 min drive to Sella, or Nikki & NAO). Fantastic hosts with immediate response time. For 30 years we’ve always stayed in a private villa — but the convenience and view of this location will bring us back!

I had such a lovely stay here. It’s exactly as pictured and really all you need! The hosts were responsive and so sweet. I hope to be back again soon!

Gorgeous and serene! My family and I had such a relaxing stay here and would definitely come again. The property matches the description and is a few blocks from the beautiful beach club at Rosewood.

We spent 5 wonderful days at Patricia's house! Everything was perfect. The location is great, close to a bakery and also Monoprix. Every day we get croissants in the morning! The beach was just a few steps from the house! I would definitely go back to this beautiful house! There was a day when 2 very nice Brazilian women cleaned the house and it was very good! Thank you very much Patricia for your attention!

Our stay was very nice. Would definitely stay again. It was all exactly as described. The bungalow was very clean and warming. Nanda was very nice and always responded to our needs. The bungalow felt secured, relaxing and peaceful. We had nice breezes throughout our stay. The driveway was nice and easy parking. We got visits from goats who stopped by for some drinking water. Which is natural of the island of St. Barths. A few land turtles came by for a little snack too. The bungalow is close to a few nice beaches and hikes. The lagoon in Cul de Sac was really nice and walking distance from the bungalow. There you can walk out on the bay see sea turtles, and many other sea life. Great snorkeling and finds. A hike around the bay on both sides are remarkable and easy to walk. Lots of nature beauty awaits. We definitely recommend Nanda’s bungalow.

Villa on the Rock exceeded expectations in every way. Perfectly located, well appointed and very comfortable. Chris and Piri were at once very responsive and completely unobtrusive.

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. The location was perfect—a short stroll to Shell Beach (our favorite) and just steps from the heart of Gustavia, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We quickly settled into the most dreamy daily rhythm and felt like locals in the best way. The apartment was spacious and beautifully done—every detail felt intentional and elevated. It felt like our own little slice of the island. It doesn’t feel like a typical Airbnb; with concierge service just outside the courtyard, it had the polish of a boutique hotel but the privacy of a serene hideaway. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, and we appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel special. We’re already dreaming of coming back—or maybe even buying a place on that same street one day. That’s how much we loved it. If you’re looking for an authentic, effortless, and dreamy St. Barth stay—this is it.

Not sure where to start but , home away from Home…. Literally. The host and concierge are VERY responsive. The location was perfect. Walking distance from EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The pictures don’t do this property justice. You just have to see for yourself ( although I want to keep this own for myself) haha! The only con and it is inevitable and out of the hosts control; sometimes power will go out for a few hours🤷🏾‍♀️ but it gives you time to take everything in. Book this place!

We had a wonderful week staying at Melinda’s condo in Grand Case right in the beach. The location is perfect and close to all that Grand Case has to offer. Easy to get around and you are surrounded by friendly people. Morning coffee, afternoon wine and evening dinners on the front balcony made our stay just perfect. The sound of the ocean this close was mesmerizing. We will be back!

Camille's accommodation matches the photos exactly, very flexible host with a very warm welcome. We loved this studio with a beautiful view, and our only regret is not renting this apartment sooner. Book with your eyes closed if you want to stay on the island while feeling at home.

Wonderful view of the beach and great patio. House had all the amenities you need for cooking your own meals. This was really nicely placed in the middle of Orient beach so you only have a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants for dinner.

This location was an amazing place to stay for my honey moon! The place was so clean, the viewed were breathtaking, and with everything that was left in the place, it felt like home and a vacation all in one! The neighborhood of the condo was so quiet and beautiful. The pool was very nice with a gorgeous view! Manoj and Mariana were so quick with responding and I can tell they enjoyed helping. Thank you both 🙏 The Coastal Condo will always have a special place in our hearts! We hope to come again in the future! Here’s some advice to anyone considering booking this Airbnb. Nothing is perfect in life and the best way to enjoy a vacation is to make the best out of it! Yes the AC is a little loud so what we did was we barely had the AC on and enjoyed the beautiful sounds of the birds and the ocean breeze kept the place cool! It was perfect!!!

Loved our stay, the house had everything we needed. The pool area is so serene and beautiful and so many places to relax and take in the views. 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach, and a quick drive to so many island spots and beaches. We loved it here!
