Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Barthélemy Island

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Gaétan, cette case typique de Saint-Barthélemy est aménagée avec goût. La vue est magnifique ainsi que le jardin joliment agrémenté d’arbres en fleurs. Villa on the Rock exceeded expectations in every way. Perfectly located, well appointed and very comfortable. Chris and Piri were at once very responsive and completely unobtrusive.

First of all, I have to say I love this place. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The only things you need to be prepared is mosquito. We got a lot of mosquito bites. Make sure to rent a car upon your arrival. Specially if you arrived late in the afternoon. Not many taxi drivers want to go to the location due to unclear address. We definitely will stay here again. Jean, the house owner is very nice and helpful. He was on the phone with the taxi drive to guide him drive to the property and the next day Jean helped us to called the taxi to come and pick us up at the house to bring us back to the airport to rent a car.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in St. Barths. The view was breathtaking and our son loved the pool. It’s only a 5 minute drive to Gustavia and about 8 minutes to be popular beach clubs. It was everything we needed with lots of space. Elodie was the perfect host!

This Airbnb experience was our best one yet I must say. My wife and I came here for her Birthday and it was her first experience on St. Barths. Not only was the host incredibly welcoming and friendly, but she never hesitated to provide suggestions during our stay. It is very close in proximity to all the best parts of the island. St. Jean, Gustavia, Saline Beach, Gouverneur Beach, etc. I highly recommend you stay here if you are alone or as a couple or 2 friends. A great accommodation near the Gustavia Harbor, only a couple minutes walk. The accommodation was as advertised, and I had no problems throughout my stay. The hosts had a private parking spot for guests which was great because I rented a car. The pool was amazing, the water was crystal clear. If I were to return to St Barths at some point, I would definitely want to be here again.

This place is very special. Magical to say the least. The chickens and goats are charming not annoying. You cannot hear them at all in the bedroom. Paradise…I was there solo but to any couples out there considering this place . DO IT! It’s very VERY romantic!!!!!!!!

One of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Extremely clean and has the most beautiful view! A good workout to get to the apartment but worth every second when you see the view. Max was extremely friendly and kind! Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Stayed at Julien's place with my husband and daughter. I have stayed at dozens of airbnbs in St. Barth's as well as several hotels. I will say that this place was more comfortable and homey that some of the other villas I have rented that were 4x the price. Julien was incredibly easy to reach at all points of our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Easy walk to Flamands beach. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals in the villa. Great overall stay with a lovely host. Hope to be back soon!

great location for the price. had a wonderful family wedding weekend and was always able to easily access all parts of the weekend agenda from my location.

Catherine’s place was great. It looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for a week stay or more. She was very responsive and easy to work with. It can get a bit loud at night but any place downtown Gustavia facing the street may be. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Catherine for sharing your place in St Barth’s with us!

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!
