Great location and lovely apartment. The lift made it very convenient to enter and leave with baggage. The instructions for the key box were a little confusing because the code in the PDF message did not match the code in the photo. When I tried the code in the photo, that worked and I was able to open the box. It would have been helpful to have laundry soap provided. Although there were no instructions provided about care of the plants, I did water the indoor plant because it was very dry.

Excellent stay. The apartment is well located for visiting downtown Angers on foot. Free parking 10-15 min walk. Restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is large and very bright. The bed is big and comfortable. We found everything we needed. Beautiful discovery for this place and for the city!

Great apartment, clean and comfortable. Please be aware that if you want to cook there is no oil, salt or other basic ingredients. Usually there is coffee and filter paper.

Angelique’s place is by far the best air BnB place we have stayed in & we have stayed in some great places so I don’t say this lightly. Both Angelique & Christian went above & beyond to make us welcome & comfortable. Their attention & kindness were incredible from ensuring we had provisions on a bank holiday to their very helpful advice. Along with excellent hosting is the apartment itself - stylish (Angelique is clearly an excellent designer) & practical as well as excellently resourced it is incredibly comfortable as well as impeccably clean. It lacks nothing in amenities & the washer/dryer is so helpful. Along with excellent hosting (the best we have ever experienced) & a fantastic apartment with all you would need (including a great outdoor space to eat & generally relax in) is lovely Angers - so much to see & do right on the door step & excellent transport links. If you are thinking of visiting Angers & are looking for accommodation do not hesitate to book Angelique’s place!

A welcoming and peaceful accommodation on a pedestrian street in Saumur, extremely well located where everything is very accessible. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. I highly recommend their restaurant at the foot of the apartment! I had a great stay for a first time in the area 🤍 Would come back for sure!

Very pleasant accommodation, cocooning, very well equipped. A very nice garden that we were able to enjoy despite the bad weather thanks to the summer kitchen. Very quiet accommodation, a very nice design, with a hot tub at the top. Thank you and do it again.

A meeting full of flavors I found Jean-Pierre at the same time a little wild and very hospitable. A little wild by its adventurous side, a bit like a Robinson Crusoe in the middle of its forest. And at the same time very hospitable by all the care he puts at our disposal: wood fires, jacuzzi... About the living environment - very nice volumes - cozy vibes - services ranging from AB to TB We didn't know each other and immediately the flow passed as if we had been old childhood friends. We had a nice time together nibbling about our lives and remaking the world. Thank you Jean-Pierre.

We had a long stay at Elissa's and it was really pleasant. Elissa and her parents are extremely kind and very attentive. The accommodation is much larger than in photos and very pleasant to stay in. The setting is very peaceful.

Anaïs's accommodation is located in a peaceful environment, while being close to the shops of Ponts de Cé and the city of Angers. Anaïs and her husband have furnished their house with great taste, combining the charm of a traditional house and the comfort of a modern and functional layout. The garden is beautiful, a paradise for birds, a real plus! Check-in is flexible with the key box, it is still nice to meet Anaïs, available when needed and inexhaustible about her region! In short, a stay in a very pleasant atypical setting

If you're looking for a peaceful place in the heart of nature, this is the place for you. It's a safe harbor. Isabelle's little house matches the photos, very clean, functional and well appointed. Isabelle is friendly, punctual, accommodating and responsive. Definitely one of the best Airbnb we've done and we have a few to our credit Thank you for everything we will keep a great memory of our stay and will not hesitate to return.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

A very well spent weekend in Angers. A warm welcome. Presence of children full of energy. Family sharing. Extremely fast. I recommend it without hesitating and will return as soon as my work takes me there.

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this property without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.
