Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Saint Augustine

Exceptional place, very clean & comfortable. Terry Ann definitely surpassed our expectations, everything was well thought out with attention to detail from large tv with Netflix, lots of plugs, enough linens, washer & dryer etc. Everything was as listed. Terry Ann was a remarkable host; very responsive, warm & welcoming. Once this place is available don’t hesitate to book because I will ;). Will definitely recommend and I will be back.

Savannah Bliss is in an ideal location for coffee houses, restaurants and bars. I am originally from Trinidad, however found some new interesting places to explore, apart from the above, there are local (not commercial) art galleries and craft centres, all within walking distance. The " 1 Woodbrook Place" with an IMAX complex, and open top bars and restaurants is also close by. Savannah Bliss is also a great location to set off for the beach at Maracas Bay, along the Saddle Rd. After a day's exploration, it is an ideal place to relax with very modern amenities, internet television and WiFi. It was a first visit for my partner who had a fantastic vacation.

This my favorite place to stay when I visit Trinidad although I’m from Trinidad the location is very well gated and surrounded by natures and a nice view other then the one out by the pool. If you like early morning or night walks it’s a nice hill to get your work out. I love it how peaceful the area is. James always one text away if I have any questions or problems although I had no problem he’s always available to assist thanks for having me I’ll be back in 2 months I hope it’s available.

I visited Trinidad for work and needed a place where I could feel comfortable and get a good night’s sleep — and that’s exactly what I found here. The place was clean, with fresh bedding and good-quality towels. Communication was clear throughout, and I really appreciated the warm touch of her mom staying up late to make sure I arrived safely — even though check-in is super easy with a key box, so you can arrive at whatever time suits you. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful hosts!

Honestly, this Airbnb was a gem. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable—just what I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient as it’s a stone’s throw from Shops of Arima and other amenities. Rekha was easy to communicate with, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I really appreciated the little touches too, like the decor, and the well-equipped kitchen—it felt like a home away from home. The yard was a little on the natural side, but honestly, that was part of its charm. It made the inside even more of a pleasant surprise—lovely, cozy, and clearly maintained with care. I felt at home the entire time. I’d absolutely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful, well-kept place to unwind.

This was our second stay, in a different but similarly equipped apartment. As before the apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained with good quality amenities all in working order and had everything you needed to comfortably settle in, a real plus after a long journey. Hosts are always responsive and friendly and run their apartments very professionally, with the safety and comfort of guests clearly a priority. Feels like a home from home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

Enjoyed our stay, lots to do at the house. Looking forward for our next trip.

This is the fourth time I stayed at Michelle’s and each time has been a truly enjoyable experience. Michelle is very accommodating and goes all out to make her guest feel at home.

Quite honestly, one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in and I have been all over the world. Nestled in a local neighbourhood, it was a hidden gem that made us feel right at home. We felt safe and secure. The pool and outdoor space was perfect for a Sunday barbecue. Fresh Fruits and Veggie stands were couple minutes away as well as pharmacies and ATM machines to access local currency. I would return any day!

It was my first time in Trinidad, and it’s a trip to talk about! It was like home away from home . Everything was on point . Wish I had more time to enjoy the place . Had a comfortable stay at Renee's whilst on a short vacation. Firstly, Renee is a first-class communicator (pre/during/after my stay) and ensured that I had all the information I needed for the trip. The location is perfect with restaurants, entertainment, local shopping and various activities, all within walking distance/next to the building or a short ride away. Security within and around the area is also great. The unit is extremely spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or long-term stay. Overall, I give it a RECOMMEND! This was my second time staying in one of Karen’s properties . Her properties are breathtaking and just what I needed for the few days . She is available when needed and has a very positive aura. Water pressure, water temperature, cleanliness , decor , bed , pillows and comfortability is hands down in both properties. The peacefulness that surrounds the properties was everything , seems like the apartments are sound proof. lol . If I ever do a solo trip this is my place to stay . Communication , respect and positive energy is everything to me and Karen possess them all . Thank you Karen for a wonderful experience for the second time around .
