Our stay was excellent! The home is in a perfect location with wonderful views. The pictures don't do it justice. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are looking and are on the fence about Geni & Chris’s place it is definitely worth booking. The location is convenient to the beaches & downtown. The apartment is spacious & clean. There were beach towels and chairs for us to use which came in handy. If we return to St. Augustine we will definitely rebook with Geni & Chris.

A brilliant long weekend in St Augustine! We relaxed, enjoyed the sunshine and the air conditioning in turn. Everything was there to cater for ourselves from the cozy kitchen. Located just a few minutes from the buzz of town. With a hire car, there were so many things to do and see within half an hour and parking space provided. Please can we come back - soon!!

Great place to stay to explore the historic parts of St. Augustine with my 2 year old. Super walkable and convenient! The bed was super comfy and the space had literally everything you need (sunscreen, dry shampoo, flossers, body wash, etc). The first night a fan wasn’t working and the host brought another one by within 30 mins! Thank you for a great stay :)

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and check-in was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again in the future!

We loved the location, the decor, the available extras! ( like games, towels and bathroom extras) she communicated very well and was super helpful. Just to make you aware there is a business below the loft so you are above them. The stay was great and the private parking space in the back was helpful!

It was a very lovely place with everything someone would need. In the heart of everything, but peaceful. James, the host, was very friendly and helpful. He even let my daughter feed one of the tortoises. We would definitely stay here again if ever in St. Augustine!

This was my family and my first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful! Easy instructions and everything we needed was there. I’m so glad we switched from our usual hotel spot to Paul’s home. You can tell a lot of thought and care is placed into their home. Everything was as described, a very clean space, close to the historic district, and easy to get to our favorite beachside spots. Paul was friendly and responsive! He made recommendations for our visit, is open to suggestions, and even prepared a special game addition for my son to enjoy during our stay! We had the pleasure of meeting one next-door neighbor, a friendly older gentleman, who also made us feel like we were right at home. Such a blessed experience, we will most likely be back again! Thank you for everything, Paul!

This home is WONDERFUL! Everything was just as pictured/described. Something very important to me is feeling safe and we absolutely did. Safe neighborhood and safe hosts. Short walk right to the beach, it says 10 minutes but even with the busy street to cross and a toddler in tow it was about 6 mins. I don’t think this part of the beach is ever crowded based on what we saw in a busy season, tons of space, not crowded like other Florida beaches. The home was super clean, had all amenities we needed. Beds were comfy. Lots of room for everything. Loved the backyard seating. About 10 mins from historic downtown. I liked being out of the hustle and bustle of that! Tons of food options downtown and near this house. We also had good luck doordashing too. We also appreciated having real, local hosts instead of a rental company. I know they would have been there if we needed anything but they truly thought of everything! We 100% will be back.

Oh man where do I start. The place was impeccable and looked just like the pictures. It was super cute with lots of amenities. I felt like it was a hidden gem.

The house was beautiful inside and newly renovated. Plenty of beds to sleep in and an amazing master shower. It was about 15 minutes or so to downtown or the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay this past wknd. We were able to walk to St Augustine Amphitheatre for the music event. Her home was the perfect space for us and hope to come back for another visit.

I came to St . Augustine for a work convention and brought my family. This was a home away from home. Lots of space, everyone was comfortable! Also we were close to museums and beaches. Host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thanks again for your hospitality.

We had a lovely stay at James' home, and there were certainly many positive aspects to highlight. The space itself is beautiful, with a cozy atmosphere and great amenities that made us feel comfortable during our time there. The location is also fantastic—quiet, yet close to everything we needed.

This is a great location in St Augustine! the views are amazing and its close to downtown without all the hustle and noise. This home is really a great get away and we look forward to our next visit. The residents are all very kind and the pool were our favorite part! you definitely won't be disappointed staying here!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

Sea winds was a great place to stay for a vacation. It was quiet and relaxing and the beach was really close too. The owners were responsive with any of our questions. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Perfect location to start our St. Augustine adventures. Located in the heart of the historic downtown we were just a few feet away from all you want to see in this incredible city. The historic building was beautiful. The access was easy after we were finally able to check in, not one minute before four. Parking was offsite a short walk. We were not allowed to park 25 minutes early to gather our belongings for the room. The condo was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen. It would definitely be great for a longer stay.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.

Jordan’s place was perfect for our trip and we really enjoyed our time there. Convenient to all the things to do in St Augustine. Flexible host and excellent communicator. Would highly recommend
