Located in a forest-lined countryside, access to the road network is very easy (5 min from the highway, 17 min from Rennes, 40 min from Mont Saint Michel, 30 min from Fougères, 45 min from the forest of Brocéliande).

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Renovated in 2019 while maintaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a room of 140 m2 where you can swim, lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large living room of 40 m2 with billiards, tv of 2 m diagonal, virtual helmet, video library, library.

Bicycles are available for your walks and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the Boulet pond.
